Real easy. To keep clean. $7 and eliminates having to buy mini dutchs or wraps. Only the lit tip. About 1/4 inch gets dirty. A little alcohol cleans it up nicely. Pack your 1-2 grams in with the slide out and as it burns down the tube you push the ash out the tip. So the tip stays lit and you don't. Get the tar from the tobacco leaf you normally would.

Here in the states, what I remember 'blunt' meaning, was either a cigar actually named 'Blunt', or a Chocolate Philly in a pinch, but some guys would slice the wrapper open, shake out some tobacco and refill with their weed, lick it to keep it shut, and smoke.
