I agree with Dirty Jerz. that sure is some tapwater youve got there... very fine specimens of cannabis, may I ask what the genetics are?

Your tap is 600 ppm? theres a problem there, also id never try to go over 1200 ppm late in flower let alone veg, something isnt adding up with those numbers, because it still looks like a deficiency, maybe you are getting lockedout somewhere.

A good investment is a reverse osmosis filter. You can get one for around 200$ (I know that is a lot of money to shell out but it is worth it). Makes 0ppm water.

Every time I get deficiency problems it starts from the lower leaves, yours are top leaves I am not sure what it could be.

Anyone with more knowledge/experience on this?

600ppm tap, I really would have your water checked. And you can get a ro system for 130$ if you look on eBay.

Goto home depot get one of those water sample testing kits they test your water for contamination for free. 600 is really high.

if you did switch to RO water compared to tap you will be able to see a big difference. It looks to be some sort of a nute deficiency. might be nitrogen with the yellowing of the leaves.

i'd bump down to just base nutes at a total of 300-500 PPM, so with your tap water that makes 900-1100

try a raincatcher and check the PPM's and acidity of your areas rainwater, also there is water softeners and stuff, but you need to get your water tested to see what type of softeners to use.

800 ppm is more than enough to keep a plant that small green. You have a lockout or some other possible PH related issue. As already mentioned 600ppm tap is very high. I wouldnt use tap to grow if it was over about 350. I'd get a filtration system too, but not RO cuz then you're just gonna have to add cal/mag as well.

"wataring:4x1h - 30min. in and 30min out water" What is 4x1h? 30 min on 30 min off leads me to believe you're watering every 4 hours? I would increase the freq to more like 15 min per hour, or 15 min every two hours.

The system full the baskets for 30min and empty the baskets for 30min. I make this 4 times for 12 hours.

So i have to corect ppm from 1400 to 1100?It will have a deficiency?

Is the only way by using RO system(osmosis) and to add cal/mag also?

I think Calmag will fix your problem. But I would have your water checked and/or have your ppm meter re calibrated.

In What % i have to dilute the cal/mag salution and and how much of it (of the diluted salution) i have to put into the main nutritions
exmple:70 grams cal/mag in 10 l water = 0.7% - how much ml of this salution i have to add
