very aware. I do my best to avoid them at most costs. Last time I spoke with one he was tapping his wedding ring on his gun. Maybe it was the car seat in the back or the fact I took my keys out of the ignition. Letting an inspection pass is certainly worth the attempted intimidation.
Edit:I think it gives credence to your point about the armed gangs part as well

You know, now that you mention it I did notice a little yellowing starting around the bottom of the Titan. Definitely more nitrogen.
