He most certainly is not a Capitalist. He lives off his father-in-law and wife, probably doesn't pay taxes on all of his income, and is going to apply for obamacare and probably try claiming a subsidy that he probably doesn't qualify for (because he probably doesn't report all of his income), thus feeding off of those that are honest, and then he claims he is going to buy a farm using those ill gotten gains.

That is how Communists do it.
I wouldn't call him a Communist. 3 uses of the word probably does not make a convincing argument. If you think pure Capitalism even exists beyond theory you are not correct. At least play fair and recognize that if ill gotten gains means what your implying it does that he couldn't claim it as income.

Hey what did you expect when they made it legal to sell
I expected weed to be regulated like alcohol, that was the title of the amendment.
Weed should be taxed the same as alcohol, which is 2.9%

...they are just being casually ignorant which is their way, it's who and what they are, ...they won't debate the facts, they make personal attacks instead, ...it's how they prove how petty and insignificant they are.

...at some level even these koolaid junkies recognize how wrong, how un-American, these progressive liberal policy's are, ...at some level they must recognize that these career politicians are all working to impose economic slavery, ...and it doesn't matter the party, establishment politicians only see us as batteries in the matrix, as it were, our desires and needs are meaningless, all they want is for us to shut up and get with the program.

...unfortunately these koolaid junkies are unable to accept this reality and it causes such inner conflict that their brains sputter and begin emitting error messages in the form of personal attacks aimed at anyone confronting them with the truth, "my mind is made up, stop confusing me with the facts" ...while vigorously stamping their feet.

...me, i'm saving to buy a piece of semi remote land so i can remove myself from this lunacy, ...remove my dollars at least, because wherever i go i'll be sure and vote as often as i am able, ...in fact i like to vote with my money so i haven't spent one red cent on a Kellogg's product since the day they fired that kid Michael Phelps for toking a bong at a party, they want to treat stoners like that then they can do without my money.

...and i'll be doing without Ritz crackers now i found out they are a major sponsor for that racist pig Al Sharpton, ...if they want to spend money supporting scum like that then they can do it without my cash, ...they can choke on their own Ritz for all i care!

peace, bozo

I am not an expert on taxes by any means. I certainly have and do benefit because of the disability I receive and that being said I am grateful. I am realizing that the allocation of taxes within government is a way to mitigate conflicts between the right and left. It seems logical to tax religious organizations....this exemption is unfair and is a church and state issue. Seems unconstitutional to give special treatment here to me and a way to increase revenue fairly. Another example of a way to increase revenue would be to eliminate corporate welfare....I see no reason why Americans should carry that burden. With the benefit of a majority of Americans in mind, where can we come together?
I don't think there should be tax deductions for charitable giving regardless of where the money goes. But religious organizations don't get special treatment--there's a whole universe of non-profit organizations and foundations that pay no tax.

Can you afford all of that?

because that is where full legalization of weed is gonna lead.
You are going to be no better off under full legalization as you are now.
I'm not looking to start one up, but others can and want to.

I want to be able to buy weed like I can beer.

I would be be much better off and so would many others.

I'm from Texas. It's illegal as hell here.

That's the hilarious thing. The advocates of legalization don't seem to comprehend that it will probably destroy their businesses.

And will start many as well.

Since cheesus won't answer the question posed, maybe you will.

Are you against breweries and people wanting to make a living?
It was a general comment. As soon as there's a free market and regulation, there will be big investors who put billions of dollars of cash into creating commercial marijuana operations and brands. They will defeat almost everyone else on cost and put almost everyone else out of business.

I've got no problem with breweries.

so youre sayin if weed is legalized ill have to buy my weed from the corner bodega, just like i must with my beer?

aww man, looks like my home brewing kit will have to be destroyed, i had no idea brewing beer was illegal,

fuck.

thanks man, as always, your posts teach so much.

you're a giver.

you give and give and give.

like a stoned Mother Theresa

/sarcasm

you really are that dumb arent you?

brewing beer and making wine for your own use is legal, and tax free.

and unless you start sellin your moonshine, nobody will be able to bust you for distilling your own hooch, even though "Technically" youre supposed to pay the liquor tax on every pint you make even if you dont sell it.

Legal to Grow and possess

illegal to sell

Benefits
-Easier to sell to the goverment and People as far as getting it legal to grow and possess
-no money= no taxes
-No taxes no money = no regulations
-eliminate most of the black market

You can grow as much as you want give away as much as you want
Only way you would be against this is if you think you are going to be a weed millionaire
And you would never have to worry about the cops or neighbors again
