plant looks weird....almost three weeks flower...

So I have an indoor and an outdoor and this plant looks weird as f.....pink pistils at the top colas....darker purple/black lower just on the tips white under...some pistils are full white....my indoor looks like a champ and the nugs are super frosty for less than three weeks....this one has none...no bananas or balls....any comments?

Should the leaves really be that droopy on the bottom nutes under the main cola? They always are 24/7

I have no clue what that means....what should I do? I repotted it with new soil and pot like a week ago

I think hes getting at root issues causing that. I assume you're using the same soil for the outdoor? Same water? Same Nutes? Any bug issues in the soil? Somethings wrong, need more info. I had a similar problem and decided to break down and do it right with ph checking my water which I thought was fine but it turned out city and bottled water is pretty high in ph. Now I just add lemon juice until the ph is correct and man what a difference.

So is this save able? Yeah same water for indoor and outdoor plant...same water too....indoor just is amazing....should I re pot and maybe bring inside at night?

i had some nasty mites that did that. Could only see them under a loop. smaller than normal spider mites. only attacked bud leaves.

You are testing the water's PH right? keeping it around 5.8-6.2
could it perhaps be too hot outside?
I think you may be too far along to re-pot it.
I wouldn't bring it near your other plant, whatever is wrong you don't want it to spread.
Assuming you don't see any bugs on the plant or in the soil, I am at a loss.
Perhaps someone with more experience could give some insight.

If you still can't figure it out I would flush it real good; give it some nutes and just get what you can out of it.
