Lol...I second.

Same thing..wake up, dab, lay down for 10 minutes, to exit ” dabville”

Then it's off to the races...haha
LOL, that is hilarious.

I wish I had as many options as you dudes did, (various strains of shatter)
I have the one option: Iso-oil made of the last 2-3 strains I have, whatever that may be. XD Usually ends up being a hybrid high, but it still gives me the "sleepies" if I over do it.
Morning dabs for me must be accompanied by a strong cup of Joe.
Thank god for Kurig machines!

OK, since this thread is for posting pics I'll put up some shots from my first Rick Simpson Oil extraction with alcohol, Everclear in this case. I did the extraction indoors (!) with 2 fans, one in the window drawing air away from the boiling pot (out the window) and 1 behind the pot to force it towards the window. I also twiddled the heat while it was cooking to keep it from boiling too crazy and basically keep it under control.

Used cured-crushed buds from Northern Lights. Did not bake them first, just dried and cured for 6 weeks. Just 2 oz for this trial run.

Just took the frozen Everclear and poured over the bud material in the jars, shook it 3 times, about a minute each time, then strained into a glass container. Tossed the bud material into the trim bucket to be processed into bubble hash. Ran the liquid through a gold coffee filter into the fondue pot to boil.

Then boiled it for about half hour keeping the temp regulated by hand to control the boil down process.

After it started getting thick I poured it into a 4 oz ramekin and finished heating it on a small coffee pot warmer for about 20 minutes, until it because thick like tar and the boiling was finished and the alcohol was gone.

Finished product.

Testing it on myself this week, about a small grain of rice sized dose 3 times a day. Just put it on a finger like he does in his YouTube video, Run from the Cure. First day was fine, second day had some issues and had to kick back, today I skipped because of a business commitment that required full cognitive abilities, so going to double down tonight. Because I did not take the extra step of decarboxylation, heating the buds to 220 degrees F for about 20 minutes, the oil doesn't get me too stoned. But the effect is pretty strong after about 3-4 hours and I feel it prudent to not drive. Cannabis as medicine, real time today, here on Chef's thread. :peace:

Thanks Chef, purely selfish motive, want to keep the tumor from coming back and if I can provide evidence of the efficacy of this treatment I hope it will help someone else. No idea if it works, but I plan to post my results online either way. If it fails then I will undergo a terrible chemo treatment that I may or may not survive. All I can say for sure is that God has a sense of humor. (If cannabis is an effective treatment for cancer.)

Racing, still the most dangerous sport and exciting sport on the planet... From the Aston Martin website:

Le Mans, 22 June 2013: It is with great shock and sadness that the Aston Martin Racing Team confirms that an accident occurred shortly after the start of the 24 Hours of Le Mans at around 15:09 hrs CET today (22 June) when the No 95 Vantage GTE driven by Allan Simonsen left the track at Tertre Rouge.Tragically, and despite the best efforts of the emergency services in attendance, Allan’s injuries proved fatal.Aston Martin Racing Managing Director, John Gaw, said: “On behalf of all of us at Aston Martin Racing, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to the individuals, and families whose friends or loved ones were involved in today's terrible tragedy.”Aston Martin Racing will not make any further comment until the precise circumstances of the accident have been determined. Next of kin have been informed.Following the ACO’s media statement concerning the tragic death of Aston Martin Racing driver Allan Simonsen, and at the specific request of his family, the team will continue to participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in tribute to Allan.

We in the racing community understand the inherent dangers of the sport. We accept and risks and challenge our fellow competitors to highest levels of safty. When a tragedy of this magnitude occurs the entire racing community loses, but in the spirit of those who have gone before us, we endure and pursue to be the best we can be. -Chef C

Chef, you said to post it up when I burned that albino bud. Woke up with my back protesting mightily this morning, so I ground it's frosty ass up and vaped it in my Buddha. Clean taste, but same as regular tinted buds IMO. I figured I'd also do a bowl of some high THC weed, but I feel perfect on 8%THC, weird. Real pain relief with no liver eating side effects.... I feel for the millions of folks with my condition that could be free from their pain.... not that I want them all to move to Colorado....

Seeing as its Sunday morning, I think I will have some of that fiyah. Y'all be good.

Thanks for the report bubba. I'm glad that she's a working for u. Fuck big pharma.
^ This

Fuck yeah Chef,

Fornicate Big Pharma with an iron rod...haha

This, this is the reason I MUST get out of the restaurant industry.

If I can shift my career into the cannabis industry, I could control my pain with the use of my hash oil.

But it is so damn strong, I cannot function as a restaurant manager under its affect..I'd be eating the whole day and eating all the profits, and plain just too stoned to run a restaurant.

If I were, say; making hash for a living, I would throw the narcotics in the trash, and never ever touch them again.

This is my main, most inspirational objective to working in the cannabis field (literal and figurative)..haha

So, if anybody reading this, can get me into the cannabis field, please do so...haha

This would change my life in a way that is inexplicable...so I shall continue working towards this goal.

Follow up to the RSO project, here are a couple pics that show the coffee filter, before and after using. The oil "therapy" is not exactly a party, but not bad, def an effect felt after an hour or so, increasing to max at about 3 1/2 to 4 hours after administration. Won't really know anything about how well it works as an anti-cancer treatment until the next scan or onset of symptoms. If you found this post by searching RSO, well, it might be working. But if there are no further posts from 420, well perhaps I died. On the other hand, if I am doing fine, and still posting, well maybe it was the oil. There is some evidence that this stuff helps to prevent the growth of cancer so we need to be spreading the word and testing it out to find out if it works or not.

This is the coffee filter that I used to strain the Everclear after washing the crushed buds. I tapped the residue into the trim bucket, hoping to make bubble this week with the trim from a recent grow and this left over mash.
