yea... thats the only reason i try not to fuck with soil as much anymore. pests love that shit, but its probably forever gonna be the best grow medium. how you like dealing with a personal stealth grow...?

The bugs in the soil are because you used soil from outside and wasn't sterilised. Other than that it looks like your doing a good job. Im starting a grow myself maybe tomorrow or the next day. just waiting for some gear to arrive. ill be using 250w hps... i wonder will that do for the entire life of the plants???? grow tent is 2.5 x 2.5 x 5.x hoping to get maybe 6 - 8 babies in there. might attempt SOG even though i am fairly new to this lark I like the idea of SOG. Ill be keeping an eye on this post.

Thanks Man Ill have to check your stuff out..the soil was nuked in the microwave for over 5 min at a time thats why I was surprised to see a bug 3 weeks down the line haha..and for it to be that small still was strange..btw i plan on using a 70w for flowering too..it might not be hella efficient on 2 plants but we'll see.. especially with the size of the grow..6-8 MIGHT push it but Im no expert..id say 4-6 would be good but space issues come into play bigtime so Id suggest the SCROG SOG or topping

hey trial and error i saw your post thought i would read it and drop a line...looking good very stealthy hopefully that 70 will get you some bud at least so its not a total waste i also can't wait to flower my babies a week or two left, check it out if ya got time ill scribe..thats crazy about the little grub never seen that type before i just got rid of my gnats (knocks on wood) which loved to eat my plants, damned bastards...neways lookin good keep it up o and as for the exhuast i would leave it how u have it pulling air outta the box through the carbon scrubber is your best bet plus it will save u the space needed when them ladies, hopefully, need the room for buds..take it easy keep up the good work...peacez

these plants are def mini bushes.I dont worry weather ur gunna get bud or not.If i can get bud with a few cfl's ,i think u shouldnt have problem doin' it with a 70 w HPS.

Im having a bit of a PH problem suddenly with some yellow mottled fan leave action......Runoff water just tested at 6.0...YIKES I gotta look into how to raise the PH.

nice grow man, say where were you able to find a 70 watt HPS and how much heat does it put out? I am trying to start a micro pc case grow but 1) i cant find the light and 2) im wondering if it will be too hot.

Well I got it from a friend of mine but he got it at home Depot..for like 60-70 bucks.. its an outside flood light type of fixture with the bulb in it and has tempered glass so the heat problem facing down on the plants isnt too bad..just the casing gets a little hot if you dont have proper ventilation..but ive had it rest against the wall for a day or 2 straight and it never burned or even came close to getting too hot...

Well I re-read the Nute and PH problem diagnosis pages and realized that 6.0 isn't ridiculously low but it isn't the best. 6.8 is supposed to be ideally the best for nutrient intake.Its 6.0 exactly wut u should be aiming for?

I did a nice ass flush on the one with the 2 liter sticking out cas of that Yellowing leave problem....oh and the LST mentioned above...heres a few random shots of the BUSHESSSSSSSSSSSS
What do you think?? Doing pretty good for the first time eh? Still can't get myself to do the real deal flowering yet......I just cant stop wanting them to get bigger!
