The most optimal diet you can think of?

Only for performance, if you wanted to get in the absolute best shape, top condition you can think of, what would you add to you diet, what would you eat?

Vegan, vegetarian, paleo, etc. Are there any exclusive benefits to any of these types of programs that you wouldn't get from the other ones? I just read about a guy who's been eating a vegan diet for 5 years and he's like a super-marathon athlete, always active and in great shape.

Don't be a bitch. Get a juicer. Everything you need can be juiced.

A buddy of mine hasn't eaten solid food in almost 2 years. No he isn't blending steak. Just only veggies and fruits with some protein shakes mixed into his diet. Lost 26 pounds in 40 days. Without exercise.

Surprised this didn't have 16 poll options.

Multivitamins + Water + Potato + Tomato + Seaweed. You're welcome.

This is the diet of most of us here in Southern Madagascar. We all have lifespans over 80 years, with not one reported death.

Quasi-paleo...

If it has been processed and you can't tell what it is/was.. don't eat it.. and nothing "white" (as far as sugar, flour, rice)
Veggies, Fruits, Whole Grains Lean Poultry & Fish & Game, Nuts & seeds and Olive oil.

It's used by holistic Cancer Centers, diabetics, Body Builders, Boxers, etc..

BUT: Every person has a different metabolism AND a different ethnic background & genetics that effect how their body uses different components of food (Carbs, proteins, amino's etc...) so knowing how your personal ethnicity, biology and body-type (and any medical issues) effect how and what you should eat is as important as knowing how those things effect what type of weed you smoke....

But what would be the best foods to eat?

Bananas and apples are both good, but which ones better and why?

Is it better for your body to eat meat or just eat a vegetarian diet, why?

Should you be adding multivitamins or not?

I would easily cut down on my pork and beef consumption if i could trade it in for fish. I'd still eat meet, because i love to hunt. As for juicing, fuck that shit, I'll eat it along with my meals, as i do already or cook with it.

Eating solid food AND juicing defeat the purpose of juicing.

What's the nutritional benefit of an all juice diet?
im curious why you cannot just google this information yourself? im not trying to sound rude but you have the entire world at your fingertips and any questions you want can easily be answered, yet you ask members instead. youre obviously going to get biased answered by asking members, instead of facts which you seem to be all about so why not get the facts straight yourself?

Even those sources could be biased, I'm more interested in first hand experiences. I read many different opinions to get a broader idea of the right info already, but first hand accounts are also good because I can ask more questions from members if I think of any

pada, first hand about juicing. My skin looked awesome about 3 weeks in. I also can skip my morning coffee if I juice. There's some first hand experiences.

by no means am I suggesting anyone give up their coffee. Just stating that for me when I juice I dont need it as compared to when I dont juice in the morning.
