DNA Sharksbreath grow in Hempy Buckets

So you hate mixing nutrients all the time at every feeding?....So do I..... Sometimes plants want feeding in the morning when I'm least likely to want to mix up a batch too. That friggin shot-glass measurement sucked and pouring nutes from bottles was messy business (stoned or not LOL). I'm freakin anal and use a 500CC syringe to get exact measurements for my nutrient mixes.These days when you travel you can only carry 3oz or less liquids so pharmacies like Walgreens now carry these 3oz bottles approved by the TSA, made of very good plastic that serve well as pre-measured nute containers. On the weekend when I have time, I measure my nutes in the syringe and fill each 3oz bottle with each ingredient. Then when feeding time comes during the week I just dump the stuff in my mixing container and feed. I do like some sit-time (≈1hr) though for proper pH buffering. Still, it makes feeds less of a hassle any day. Remember CAL/MAG goes in first to properly buffer the solution.

That way I can add to whatever EC I require, theres no guessing as to ratios on a top off, and everything is buffered by the time my plants drink it up! -S0uP

That would be great for me too if I could...but Canna's parts A & B can't be mixed in concentrated form...something precipitates...they specify mixing in water one at a time to prevent this.

Odor....almost none with my Sharksbreath phenos. Only unless you are clipping fan leaves or touch a bud do you get a light "grapefruit" smell. I've grown Dinafem "Sweet Deep Grapefruit" and G13 "Pineapple Express" which smelled similar at this age but even they kept an ambient odor of sorts. I have actually removed my carbon filter, wrapped in plastic to save it for the next grow. My exhaust fan sucks like crazy now.

This cola in the back is a real "shooter".....it's not one of the mains off the FIM job either. It's one of those bottom branches that raced the mains for position. Funny how the sativa-like leaves wait till later to show themselves...all the fat indica leaves show up earlier in the cycle.

subbed. Sharksbreath has a light smell huh? i need a good low odor strain. had to use two filters to keep the smell down last grow. Im legal as you can be in a med/rec state but have an old lady school teacher next door who is very nosey...and i tend to have more than the 30 plants allowed sometimes oops.

Watt's If I remember right I paid $30 for a little pouch...but I just use a pinch down in the bottom during bucket setup, and a pinch just in the hole I make for the transplant. Are you having root rot problems or something stinky forming in your buckets?

Today marks 30 days flower - they got their first dose of pk13/14 yesterday as the official start of week 5. The tent is full. Stretch is completely over....no more nice even canopy..inside the tent reminds me of a closet full of "spears". Noticing some frost forming already. Now, it's time to watch them get "fat".

jella I do have a root problem in my veg (described HERE WOH page 485)

At local hydro shop they only had the Piranha in liquid form, $60 for 250ml. It takes 7ml/gal ouch!!

Your spears are 3 days behind my spears. Yours are filling in really nice. I'll try and get some photos of mine up at WoH tonight I have a super-spear pheno that's not filling in, so I did start giving some Cha-Ching. Tomorrow morning driving to Denver for the Cup.

Hope everybody had a great 420...the Sharksbreath is taking a turn in water consumption. I've noticed after the last couple of waterings (which had PK13/14 adds), that instead of every 2.5 days, they are relaxing to a 3 day schedule. Temps are coming up to 88° in the tent too. Buds are fattening and the largest cola in the rear may be the longest in my history of growing (record 22" from CH9 "Cluster"). More pics later today.

33 days flowering - daily changes in bud diameter are right on schedule with the PK13/14 adds...I just had to pull out the measuring tape on this long cola...it will be my personal record for length.

36 days flower, today marks the start of week 6 and I will feed the girls with PK13/14 one more time. Starting to notice a slight smell when the tent is open....like a very light scent of coffee/chocolate. Still no reason to put the filter back in. The one week of PK13/14 feeds so far have made a big difference, as always. If you can't tell, I really like Canna's nutrient lineup.

Damn jella that's one of the largest indoor spear kola's I've seen, and under a 400 rep+ if I could. In 3wks she could cone up and be really special.

Wish we could mail clones back & forth...I hear someone in Cali does it in plastic bags. I just started some "Crazy Miss Hyde" from Samsara and a freebie from Attitude call Blimburn "Mango". I'll pick the best two and throw the third into a little tent for some immediate 12/12.
