You stil don't get it. It has NOTHING to do with LAWS, what it has to do with is how attitude decides to deal with customers with issues. It is up to Attitude to stand behind their products or NOT.
You still dont get it. Its Federally illegal meaning it is illegal

Hang on now and don't be like the GOP and shoot yourself in the foot just yet. Check on RIU for Mohican and check out his grows of Holy Smoke seeds and multiple strains at that. And heis not alone. Not saying this guys complaint is not valid but saying I have heard no other negative so far.
I hear ya but like I said... Nirvana, G-13, Barneys etc the big ones have a lot more positive than neg reviews. I on other hand never heard of this strain or breeder

Order your gear from Sannies where you dont have to worry about genetics. Everything they have is straight fire :) They aint big with half a million strains from 300 different breeders, just the best thats all. :)
I'm not shillin for them by the way, I'm just saying from my experience with them. I wouldnt buy seeds anywhere else.

Sounds like a easy way out of assuming responsibility for selling bullshit seeds
perhaps so man, but that is the game you play when buying seeds from other countries who aren't legally able to sell you seeds that you'll grow. I mean... it's the risk. I see why you're disappointed (of course) but I can't agree that you should be surprised. Go get genetics from your local dispensary. Or find a state w/ a reciprocity clause and get them there - I bet that a local shop will care for you much more than a giant seed conglomerate dealing w/ hundreds of unhappy customers.

does that mean attitude cannot refund the money paid for a souvenir of the souvenir was not as claimed ?
OK first I am on your side and second this has been explained before. All these companies claim, as they must to stay in business, these seeds are sold for collection purposes only. OK. They go on to say in hidden language that any attempts at germinating or cultivating MAY be against the laws in your country and therefore they will not discuss germination or anything else as the seed stopped becoming the souvenir they sold you and became illegal when you tried to grow it.

what does legality have to do with anything ? If they want to refund the purchase they can do so anytime ... Its really up to Attitude to decide what kind of busines they want to run. Not talking about consumer rights, but rather Better Business Practices.

I have heard of the breeder quite some time ago. I do note checking that MY "go to" seedbank (Sea of Seedss) doesn't even carry his line and that speaks volumes. Or not.

The top 2 that I would recommend for solid genetics would be TGA and Sannies (in no particular order, as I'd say both fall into the A-1/ superior quality genetics category) As with anything, there is always a chance of anomoly but those two appear to be quite solid in terms of advertising vs what you will get. Take this as what it is, and by all means I welcome anyone who wishes to argue my two recommendations to google and show more than a potential few rare incidents, if any exist whatsoever. (specific to the genetics, not grow conditions that caused fail)

And do not forget the (now overpriced) Mister Nice!!!!!
That's why I left Mr. Nice out, as solid as the genetics may be.. I refuse to put my name behind any breeder that wants to gouge the cannabis community as a whole for the sole purpose of just making more cash. If I was factoring pure genetics.. yes, I'd definitely put Mr. Nice in the list - without question.

I purchased a VAPEORSMOKE tool from attitude a few years ago.

Its a pocket vaporiser that cost me £110 around $200.

The lighter within the tool broke. The element that runs across the main flame area completely fell off leaving the tool with no flame to be able to use.

I cleaned the entire thing in IPA and sent it to them for them to inspect for a refund. This was only 3 months into using it.

They emailed me back to say they couldn't do anything because I'd used it!!! I asked them if they thought I was going to just look at it and not use it.

Then I had a big back and forth about how its the lighter that has malfunctioned and whether they could get in touch with the manufacturer for a replacement blah blah blah.

Needless to say I contacted the manufacturer in the USA and told them what happened. They sent me out 2 free lighters for my tool and an extra set of gauze.

The manufacturer got my delivery to me before I'd even had my tool back from attitude.

I still use attitude for seeds.

Breeders I recommend are
DELICIOUS SEEDS
DINAFEM
DNA
WHITE LABEL

To the original poster. Contact the breeder see what they say.

Attitude aren't just going to refund you. What if every person who ordered from them done it? They wouldn't be in business.

Look at it this way.
They're a business who want to make money and socialise around the world sampling breeders gear before they stock it.
Hell i bet if I gave them quite a few ounces they stock my seeds if I ever bred anything.

Fair play for testing the ground with this. Reason I'm such a big fan of Sannie is that he is so clearly not money motivated. If you had experienced any problems like you did with the Holy Smoke seeds with his strains - which in itself would be very unlikely. I have grown 20 of his plants now with only one 'freak' and she still matched her description - and had contacted him directly and politely as you did with attitude, then he would have provided you with a free packet of the strain of your choice. Not had to do it myself, but know of others who have, and to be honest those were problems the grower brought on themselves - but Sannie still sorted them out.

None of the bullshit platitudes you got from Attitude who have clearly not adapted to the changes in worldwide cannabis laws. It is not illegal to sell or distribute seeds in the UK - it is illegal to germinate and grow them. It is also not illegal to sell cannabis seeds in the UK that are obviously going to be germinated in countries where to do such under certain circumstances breaks no law. They are exploiting the legal loophole in this country to prevent them having to provide costly customer service (or 'do the right thing' as I see it - maybe why I'm poor) to others in other countries. The failure of Attitude to adapt to this situation demonstrates it's desire as a company to make money - above customer service. @ Attitude - either stop selling to those countries or make it plain that you have no wish to fulfil the promises of the breeders who provide your 'stock' - rather than hiding behind the legalise the masks your true intent.

Easy, contact Holy Smoke and see what they will do. I got some bum seeds from the 'Tude and after the same email that you got I received another pack in the mail. Those seeds had problems as well but at least they would germinate. I got no problem with the seedbank, they did what they should and I have ordered from them again with great success. Contact the breeder.:peace:
