Newbie BHO Feedback/Tips

After 2 months of research I finally gave it a go. I'm pretty psyched with my end product! Here's a picture. Any feedback or pointers/tips?

Smells and tastes amazing like fresh bud. High is staggering but I've never done dabs before until Tuesday this week. First hit rocked me to the point of being uncomfortably high and lasted over 6 hours and I'm a chronic everyday user. Yesterday I took smaller dabs and it was perfect. It's super clean, and I think it's great. I was just wondering if someone more experienced could look at it and tell if it looks right or not.

I never did bho before, but those bubles inside, isn't trapped butane?

No those are marks where gases left. I used the double solvent method so there is no butane left. If anything a tiny bit of ethanol.

Color and clarity are good. The bubble appear to be CO2 from partial decarboxylation.

The light color suggest a young sativa and that you didn't overheat it. Retained ethanol, if present, will add a sweet taste and as it is winterized, there should be no butane residuals.

If it tastes, smells, and works good, you have a winner!
