1000w flower 600w veg 8 strains organic soil grow. lets see how this goes

yea im def going to look into a digital ballast.. it does come with a hood and glass and bulb ..i'll throw a 240cfm duct fan on it to keep the temps -10 from ambient. thinking about throwing it in 2x3 for about 100w per sq ft.

i did the same thing checking it everyday. once customs sees it u will have it in a day or 2 from new york. the tshirt i got is wack..lol idk how it got thru customs sayin world of seeds finest seeds. then says other breeders names...like that wont tip no one off.. besides that delivery was swell! now its going to be how they germ'd lol.

i was going to throw those beans in my micro cab 106 w of cfl in 1.5 sq ft all in 16-20z bottles under 12/12 schedule to get a nice room of 6-8 gram 1 bud plants...a lil hesitant now that i got the quote on that 600 thats being held for me lol.

well if customs didnt open it they didnt see the t shirt. usually if the seal is not broken then customs just read "t-shirt" on the package, felt it and then sent it on its way.

is it easy to connect the new ballast to previous hood..what u use just a wire nut id imagine...and im hearing ill need way more then 240cfm to cool the 600...what do u use matt

the ballast and socket in the hood should have a plug that fit together.

i use a 240 cfm in line booster fan and it cooled my 32x32 just fine with a 400w in it. not really sure about your space. the more air the cooler though.

A few things have changed since this video was made,, I didnt watch the whole video because I could tell it was old but these are a few things I saw at the begining
1. Sterilize your needle with a flame each time u pull out of the substrate before you insert into the next hole
2. After you noc up the jar cover it with a coffee filter instead of the foil, allows for better GE<<Gas Exchange
3. Incubation is better in ambient lighting, not complete darkness or direct intense light, and around 75 deg, contams like higher temps
4. After the jar looks like it is 100% colonized, totally white, let it incubate for 7-10 more days to consolidate, you'll get a better pinset I promise
5. If you are using the BRF cakes, Brown Rice Flour, dont use the silicone injection port, the vermiculite on top is the contam barrier, make sure you have four holes too

that would be a babay blueberry gum from G13

she is doing well but im fighting temp issues right now. it may end up back down in the flower room for a 12/12 from seed type grow. also my PH is fluxuating and going up on me. is this due to the rising and falling temps?

Whats it gone up from and wheres it at now over how long? Mine were always at 6 to start and would climb to 7 in 15ish days. I didnt ph once during my whole grow so i dont know. I started one of these for an old dude dying of cancer and his is at 8 and rises to 9 and his plants are bigger than mine were at the same age. Hope that helps but if your getting more rapid swings you may have a problem. My theory is that i dont want anything in there i dont need.

it went up from 6.0 to 7.4 or some shit like that in one day. i didnt PH yesterday and i believe its due to the temp swings. so iim thinking if i go over and PH and its within reason (high 6's) ill prob just leave it alone as when i add my ice water bottles the PH will go back down.

That seems like a big swing, i would wait it out for a while and see where it goes. The plants young and like i was sayin, my buddies are fine up to nine so youve got room to wait and shes still young so theres plenty of time to change. He thought about going 12/12 right guick too but now hes glad he didnt

yeah well this experiment is to see how much faster the plant veges in the DWC so moving it definatly isnt my first choice and will only be done if i feel like im going to lose the plant if i dont.

looks like my beans should be here in the morning since they left the sort facility 2 hours south of me about an hour ago. not too shabby really 6 business days to get here, ordered them feb 9th which was a sat. they didnt even leave the tude till this monday...
