Gonna suck how they're doing it though...they should just take away all laws making it illegal, not regulate it...my vegetables aren't regulated, why shouldn't I be able to stop by a roadside stand and buy fresh buds during harvest season directly from the farmer or each Saturday at the farmers market??

Only people who will be able to meet all the regulations will be big corporations, here in WA they want growers AND processors to have everything you make/grow lab tested and jump through all these hoops the average person can't do.

@ProfessorPotSnob Here in WA I believe it will be $1,000 for a growers permit.

That site is missing a few, like Banisteriopsis caapi. I suggested phalaris because it can grow anywhere and is the most common.

If i could grow my own smoke and have a cop in my back yard look at my plant and not say a word and walk away id be one happy mother fucker. The shits ten times cheaper for the consumer of the product if i dont have to use stupid lights to grow somthing that grows very nicely outside. Its to bad that the govenment has just decided to make it another taxable item we utilize and not what it was intended to be, a garden plant that you can enjoy all winter long

Gioua, no disrespect but if someone can plant a seed in their back yard then they will have their own grass. Dont get me wrong, theres some people who cant help themselves to their meds but theres also a good chunk of them that are just about done living that can. I know that because ive seen my bud have an outside garden that doesnt require much at all to get a couple tomatos. His life would be easier and cheaper if he hadnt spent the money on concealing meds.
