Actually cutting their nuts off doesn't work your right, we had a bull mastiff and we've till got a cairn terrier(bull mastiff died last year) both males,every time the cairn went to the groomers to be cut and bathed he would come home smelling lovely and the bull mastiff would try and hump him and he had been neutered as well as being male himself dogs are crazy no doubt!

If he is doing it because he wants sex than you slap him and tell him no in a stern deep voice. If he is doing it to try and dominate you than you need to work on showing him you are alpha. Emasculinate him.
