I just put my 2 plants into bigger pots beacuse the roots were coming out of the old ones and when i took them out a little of the roots got torn off not much but wonder will it die now or will it keep growin
You'll be fine.
When I transplanted mine, it was kinda wound up compacted and starting to get rootbound, so I actually scored the sides of mine with a razor blade to loosen it up like I do with other plants.
Back in the day I was growing some schwag buds outside, and when I noticed I had a male I promptly ripped it out of the ground and threw it away. A week later when I came back to check on them, I noticed the roots of the male that I had tossed onto a picle of rocks and gravel had actually started to grow back into the ground... The plant was starting to point back up at the sun FFS.....

Guess I did something right, at least the first 21 days............
I was going to repot her last week, but my son was here with his gf, and my grandson, just too much going on.
Yep it will be fine. I had a NYD that I had in a coco pot and put in a 3 gallon pot. I had some issues with the soil I was using so I pulled to coco pot out of the 3 gallon pot and tore so roots, I was not expecting much roots to have grown since was only in there for a few days. The plant recovered fine and flowered without issue. I have also let my plants completely droop over from not watering, you would think they would die if you did not know better. I just give them a good watering and 20 minutes later they look like nothing was wrong. Tough plants.
