Need help!! Grow box Temp is at around 84. Need to lower.

What's up riu. Need a bit of help. I have finished my grow box. I have a 150 hps. 2 120mm pc fans at the top of the box for exhaust. A hole at the bottom for air intake. and i have a fan blowing around inside of it. my seeds just started popping out of the soil. 1 blue widow fem and 1 thc bomb.
my temp reads 84. at first i had the pc fans hooked to a 5v charger, temps went as high as early 90's. but i read on here that i needed a 12v adapter, and i switched them out, and it seems to have made a big difference. the temp went to 84.
what can i do to make it go down to at least 78-80? i have my window open a crack so a bit of fresh air can get into the box. but i can't do all the fancy exhaust fan and have duct lying around in my room. it's small as it is. i will post a pic of it tonight.
any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. thanks a bunch.

is it bad for the temp to be at 84? is that an acceptable temp?

well there is a few things you can do, one is Run it at night when temp`s is lower (if it suits you ?) another is more fans (try to hock up a 3th one if possible) also try to lower your "Ambi" temps (temps out side the grow box/the air it pull in, a pice of tube/ducting to the window might help) also a cool tube on the HPS will do wonders even on a small 150W, made my room temps drop +5C running a 600W

thing is, i can't have a duct or tubing running to my window without my folks saying "what the fuck is that?" i don't have the funds to buy a cool tube right now. if i would have got one in the beginning, then i would have it in now, but i wouldn't have the exhaust/carbon filter. i have to work with what i have. will putting a 3rd fan really help out? i'll have to order another one then. but then the next problem i just fucking realized i have is the damn light leaks. the reason i have the lights off at night is because everything is completely dark, i don't really use anything with a light. i have it running 18/6, from 6am to 12am, then dark time for the babies.
any other suggestions?
