There was a Michigan appeals court case (the name McQueen is popping into my head) that ruled that patient to patient sales were illegal. This is what triggered the majority if dispensaries to close down or get busted. Google it.

No hostility felt brother, we're on the same team here. I'm not anti-grey area or anything like it, i'm just warning people to be careful because LEO likes the grey area of the law just as much as we do...

BTW, my name isn't Bob lol!
 
Patient to patient may be. But caregiver can be compensated to cover expenses. But yeah there's a lot of grey. Especially the caregivers providing other caregivers etc..
 
It might be all about "patient rights" to privacy and LEO's prying eyes. Tainted fruit if you will ...
 
Bob and Timmahh would have that politicians that suck thread filled the fuck up by now, I'll say that about them. Now, we may have to wade through about 12 pages of them fighting about one or two, lmao, but the information would be there.

and the CA case is a terrible joke of a legal sham.

2. the CA case does deal with P2P...but this thread was about caregiving... the CA case REAFFIRMS the MMMA of 08s standing on cg2p. in fact they state "they do not resolve this issue" -page 14 footnote 16 ....that is off the top of my head.. i do not have to google the case sir. i've used the appeals decision in trying to formulate on going cases. i'm aware of the sitch in the state.

ask others they've seen me argue as objectively as possible. i feel i have a good handling, i've learned from some of the best.

edit: all i can say is we need better stickies.

i told you i was going to sit down and do it one of these days. hell i said a year ago what we need is a really good law sticky to answer questions and just have all the courts links together. i'll do it soon.
