my plant is 6 weeks old and its about 4''in to 5''in i and i think it should be bigger than that by now the strian is mango kush if that make a different

yes from seed. 2 florescent and a heat lamp with a 75 watt daylight. yes ive added chicken shit blood mule absent salt. when i find out how to upload them

Some just grow slower and of course if they are healthy it must be the light. If they are healthy than just wait them out dont over nute and burn them up for sure.

if you use an organic time release soil lke Happy Frog, avail most lowes and home depot, you dont need nutes until flower.

Just root growth, nothing you can do, might be your soil is not good enough but I hate to see you transplant at this stage, you are in a good size pot so might be tough for you to transplant and not shock.

I used an airpot on my latest grow, and have never seen growth like it, all done with my nute level under half the bottled qutes, did a little journal with some pice, these airpot's create an amazing root structure, never had better results > https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/543220-og-kush-airpot-test-grow.html
Your pot is WAAAAAY too big. I figure a 3-gallon pot is good for a plant to thrive in for 3 months. By that measurement
you must plan on keeping that kush for a year and a half! Here's why your plant is a midget.
When seedlings first go into dirt they expend almost all their energy building a rootball to support the plant. They do this by sending out roots
until the roots hit the inside of the pot. They will grow little or none above ground until the roots hit the side of the pot. So your plant has wasted
most of the last 6 weeks trying to grow a rootball much larger than needed.
Don't try to transplant to a smaller pot now. It's too late. If you do dig her up you will find a huge root structure that may not even fit into a
smaller pot. You will still have problems even if you keep her as is. A humungous pot like that is telling the plant to prepare to grow 20 feet tall.
Unless you have a unique grow room you will run out of room under your light while flowering. I would top her as soon as you see the fourth or
fifth set of leaves. Topping the plant will tell it to grow sideways, not up.
Tell the truth, with all the problems from using a big pot I would cut my losses and start from scratch.

Pots can never be too big if the soil has proper airation and drainage. Bigger pot only allows for more root growth. In practice the plant will usually grow just as big above ground as it does below ground. Technically it is best to start them in smaller pots but it won't hurt anything as long as the soil has good drainage.
