i'm at just over a week flowering 4ams fems, so far, its a nice easy to maintain plant. they all started out slow, but after they started to perk up, they took off without problems. search in the grow journals, someone did a good journal on their ams, with a final cure/smoke report..... i believe "darkmatter" was his name, i'll try to find it for you.

I had a look at the link on the AMS but that is a strain name from Dr.Chronic and also the initials for the Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds the seed company in question! I cannot find any grow reports on their seeds.They seem to have a high internet profile and presence.Am I the only one who has grown their seeds. Help !!Wierd?!

The 10 that I ordered were in a small plastic bag with ww on it and the other one did not have anything wrote on the bag. I am just beginning at this stuff so I am trying to learn what I can. When we went and got my wifes license for medical marij. I told some others there that were getting their license I thought you just smoked the leaves, did'nt even know about buds,HA boy am I getting educated. I wished I had the knowlege that Al B Fuct has!!! He is very impressive.
showgirl.......I have Light of Jah and 5 of those free seeds going now. The LOJ will be done in 3 weeks and look great. Had 6 males on the LOJ...not happy about that but that's how it goes. The freebies were not marked but look like a indica variety. Look very healthy. My last order from AMS was white widow and 4-way. Both turned out great. So far never had a problem with AMS, I will order from them again..Just my experience.....

Latuya , Cool,I germed 10 ,8 females and 2 males,good for the 1st 10 and I have 10 left and I'm pretty sure they are LofJ.Have you any lofj with red and purple flowers and leaves? I have 2(I don't know what it means but the flowers turned the color early in flower and are very dark(different) and smell like wild flowers.mmmmmmm beautiful smell for a marijuana plant.Keep in touch I'm very interested in how things go for you.You and I are the only ones growing this Light of Jah that I know off. Yes sounds like the same place I ordered.had a little trouble getting the lofj from them but eventually got them.Nothing bad to say about the seeds,good germ rate and female rate als
ne good thing ordering by cc is if they screw at you you can just tell them that you'll be calling visa. Worked for me.My light of Jah look and smell nice and I can hardly wait...........

Are you talking about the seed seller or Green House's AMS strain? I have a Greenhouse AMS going and even though my cat ate alot of the early leaves, it is doing fine and starting to branch more. I guess kitty just topped it for me.

No DesertSativa there is a bit of confusion there AMS is a strain name and also AMS is initials for the seed company I ordered from Amsterdam.{Two different animals.}:}In their ads the initials ams are under the pics of strains.So it causes confusion I know.Good luck on your grow.Showgirl
showgirl......re:LOJ color, no red/purple flowers but red streaked stems. These grew higher than expected. I have 6' head room, minus room for light and safe room to top of plant I can only let the plant grow to about 4'. I had to use some wire to tie the tops down a bit. The leaves on mine are a light green, some going to a yellow green. The tops have very heavy colas. At this point I'm guessing 1.5 to 2 oz. per plant. Smell is not strong at all...very pleasant as you say...

Yup latuya,top heavy and same as me with the head room.I didn't expect mine to grow tall and most are 4_5' but one went crazy and it is 7 feet and I gropped it but still took off.Lst on the 2 mains for that one.Your later then me in flower so the yellowing leaves is probably normal ageing of the leaves late in life.hardly wait to see how the little darlings taste and smoke like.Will be hanging till then hehe

Forget about Amsterdam seeds...this is the SHIT!!! BEst high ever...I've smoked Jerry Berry, Grape Ape, WW, Ice, PurePowerPlant, Jock Horror, Cheese from Big Buddha and a whole lot of other shit...this blows 'em all away...yup I even said it blows away the Widow...by a long shit. This stuff is lethal. Another Cannabis Cup champ for Arjan!!

During flowering it smelled like nothing but sweet candy. Dried and cured it still does but when you keep your sniffer down on it and take a deep inhale...it's smells like some exotic fruit!! One bud smelled like grapefruit..Nuff Said!
Look:
Long Lanky buds with clusters of tiny calyxs covered in trichomes!! Straight YUMMY!! I pulled mine a little early to get that racy Sativa high!! So it's hairs are a light auburn red.
Taste:
Unique earthy, a bit harsh, but finished nicely and expanded well in lungs.

Here' the good part...Naaahhh GREAT!! In less than 15 seconds it creeps and it creeps quick until you have a head tingling sensation all over. And when you smile it brings upon waves of this euphoric tingling. It is very social and introspective at the same time...you find you and your mates talking about deep shit that really matters...but yet keeping it light and laughing your arses off!! I smoked three small hits of this 4 1/2 hours ago and I am still way high...!!
FUCK this blows away the Big Buddha Cheese by a long shot the other plant in my grow.
