no you wouldn't, as a mod all you can do is delete the inappropriate posts, make stickys and editing. thats it. otherwise its passing things up to admin so HE can ban or restrict. its more like babysitting and cleaning house. perfect for those of us with gnarly ocd.

I spend most of my time there and try to keep a nice balanced look at everything, without judging or degrading people especially when there are disagreements. I'm extremely open minded and love thought provoking conversation.

Sadly no, I'm a Nihilistic Agnostic. I believe there could be a god but we have no ability of being sure of anything, and thus, existence is without meaning and we should progress on as though there were no god for now. I think those interested in pursuing the idea of god should be allowed to but given no special privilege above their fellow man. We all have our own ways of seeking the meaning in life. I think we should compare them with each other, explain our thoughts and feelings as best as we can, and avoid conflict because of it. It should be accepted as an unknown that we are in pursuit of understanding. Much like any scientific theory. I don't like dealing in absolutes.

I spend most of my time in that section these days since I'm not growing anything at the moment. But more importantly, even though I don't have a belief in anything supernatural, I feel connected to reality more than ever, more than I ever did believing in anything one would traditionally consider 'spiritual'. I didn't feel there was a reasonable enough theist up for the job, not one who seemed interested at the time at least. And I consider myself reasonably qualified to discuss the things usually discussed in that section, I've spent a considerable amount of time thinking about my positions, 7 years actively, at least a decade of being curious.
