Topping

i have no exp with autos. what i have been led to believe, is that the autos are not a place to start, if u are lookin for dank.

It's pretty widely understood on here that with autos having such a short life cycle it's not a good idea to top them or transplant them. Any kind of stress at all could dramatically impact your yield when your tlking about a plant that only lives a couple months

Yeah I realise that but I've got some on the go anyway with some 12/12's in veg so was just wondering......

Theres a couple of short stuff "super auto's" with a harvest time of 100-120 days and can grow up to 2.5m and I wondered if you could control the height?

Bullshit, I topped my Pakistan Ryder and it did not show any bit of shock. I cut it that night when lights where out and by the morning it was growing again. Autos are usually very very tough plants. Anyways I will make a posting about my yield when I get the details in the next 60 days.

It may continue to grow but you won't increase your yield much, if at all. Its pointless

Topping is for the veg phase and autos have about a 2week veg phase and during that phase they are 2 small to top. The stress recovery time from topping is gonna hurt an auto grow more than help it.
