A collapse of the financial sector, which he successfully averted. Recovery from the largest recession since the Great Depression. And now he's lost the Democrat majority. So aye, I think it was worth the sacrifice of adding a little bit to the way you lived for years before his presidency
Claims of authoritarian power and blatant violations of law in critical areas like whether American's live or die outweigh these things in which it is highly debatable how successful his policies have been and will be.

And forcing citizens to pay private insurance companies known for unethical practices is truly a fascist piece of policy and that's by the very definition. And if you want to compare it to auto insurance (as I see many do although I doubt you would), it's a false comparison as no one is forcing you to buy a car.

Yet the individual mandate was originally a GOP idea and has been promoted by the GOP since the 90's. You know, the individual mandate that Romney implemented during his time as governor. This was when it was still popular with the GOP. Now that the scary black man who wants to take all your stuff is in office, they hate it. O'Bama has done an amazing job during his term in office considering the complete bullshit he's had to put up with from the GOP. They've done everything they can to sabotage the recovery and ruin O'Bama's chances for a second term. That was their main focus. Just ask Mitch McConnell.

If it wasn't for the GOP bitching and griping about the public option we wouldn't even be talking about a mandate (the one the GOP had such a hard-on for before O'Bama got involved).

Who has he helped again? I pay more taxes than ever since Lord Obama. I'm real poor. Yet the mega rich corporations who fund his campaign pay nothing. So really? Care to try again? If they can't afford taxes, how do they afford campaign contributions?
Really? Please let us know which tax rate has gone up under Obama.

Sometimes you seem politically confused... jumping the ideological spectrum quite erratically.
Everyone deserves healthcare. From a capitalist stance it makes sense. A healthy population makes more money because they work more, longer, and more efficiently. Even with my universal healthcare, I score closer to anarchist than 99% of so called Libertarians. The other stuff is just fairness. If I pay x% tax you pay x% or more, not less than x%. Money is money. There should be no such thing as luxury tax, capital gains tax, green tax, gas tax, etc. Everyone pays x% flat tax. But I better damn well get healthcare and roads without pot holes.

Obama didn't really do any of those things, the Federal Reserve did, and government has no say in Fed Policy.

what tax bracket are you in for that to happen...30% WTF:roll:
My withholdings(tax only, not including benefits contributions) went from $3,000 to nearly $4,000. My gross pay only went up $500. I changed nothing. Same accountant. Only difference was the $500. If I made $500 less, I would've netted exactly the same as last year.

And you were to stupid to donate $500 to charity to save a grand in taxes why?

if you are saying that 500 dollars more then what you made last year placed you in a tax bracket that increased you by 30%. I am calling you a flat out LIAR or your accountant is fucking you big time. you choose

It has to do with the earned income tax credit. Obama changed the rules this year Bush did. Somehow $500 puts me over the poverty limit I wasn't before with a family of 5. So I get a $1,000 penalty.

It's my sister in law, so yeah she's there to cheat me.
