Plants grow faster than bugs can kill them -- depending on the bug. You sure have a shitload, I'll give ya that! Curious to see how it all works out.....
I have a shit load? I dont have many at all. That picture isnt an actual picture of my soil, that was of some limond tree i found on the web, those bugs just look alot like mine. But i know 100% that the things that i have been seeing were springtails. And ill probably put some sand on the top of the soil to get rid of them, but from what iv read they wont harm the plant any way

that's ok. it could continue to grow regardless. u don't have to put too much energy into small plants. they grow and do their thing. i leave mine outside sometimes & don't tend to them very much. just be patietn and see how it works out.
So you think it might make it?

it's possible. the key is to leave it alone. i notice the more i try, the worse things are. they actually like the soil a bit on the dry side. don't water until the soil is dry to the touch. stick your finger into the soil about an inch and feel for moisture. if u feel moist, don't water. i go days between watering a small plant. larger plants need more attnetion.

I do that already, i dont water for 2 or 3 days some times. I also pick them up to feel the weight dif. but if its left alone you think it will make it, because I only have one more seed and its germinating now, so i need to do everything i can to save it.

Not only should it be ok, it looks like you may have done it a favor and 'topped' it! You should see 2 new shoots coming up in the next couple of days.

Well, I think it is gonna be just fine. Cannabis is an extremely resilient plant.
Awesome, I have another question for you, and anyone else who would like to help.
For those fungus gnats and spider mites and white flys and afids and so on.. I have only seen a few fungus gnats and none of the others but i wanna take care of it before it gets bad so which of these would you use.

This is about all I can get in my area.

I use this stuff always have always will. But, as a rule I keep my grow area very clean and I bleach my tent after every run.
Alright so I guess that what ill get, But yeah my grow area was not exactly the cleanest. But I did what I could. Far as i can tell it seems to be going okay other than just rookie mistakes due to this being my first real grow. Im def. learning and building on my grow knoledge every day all day pretty much so maybe this next seed im germinating now will do better. Its another Short Rider. Got it on the heat mat as we speak.

OH.. also when you use that particular Insect Killer, how do you use it? at what point do you start using it and then when do you stop? also do you spay it on the soil and the plant?

It can be sprayed on both just not on the flowering plant. Best to make sure all critters are exterminated and the area is cleansed before flowering begins.

Week 4 Update:

SR2- 25 days old
BB- 23 days old

Both of my babies seem to be doing good. BB has grow alot. SR2 is recovering, it has new healthy growth and looks to be doing better so i think it's gonna make it just fine. BB is looking really good though, had its 4th node now working on its 5th. I picked up a ph and NPK test kit and my soil has really high N & P but kinda low to medium, and the the Ph was right at 7 maybe a little more, so I have been told to add lime. Is there anything else I could use?

They both seem to be much better off in the new set up and look to be doing a lot better.

I also added some emergency blankets to the closet for light reflection. They seem to be working great I got two at Wal-Mart for like 5 dollars.
