So what you're saying is that it's time to buy out all the TGA genetics haha, there is always Attitude. It's such a grey area industry, sure you can grow in this state legally but where did you get your genetics from?
Genetics and crosses/hybrids from Afghanistan, Alaska, California, Canada, Colorado, Columbia, Mexico, Netherlands, New York, Oregon, Pakistan, Spain, Switzerland, Texas, and Washington is what we're working with now. Obviously the majority of it is sourced from other breeders prior to working it into other crosses and hybrids, and all of those were sourced from other breeders and so on and so forth back to Sam the Skunkman, the Haze Bros, Neville and GOD!

TGA will always be available on the net, and I'm sure Sub will have something worked out here soon enough. Looks like he's got a new trainwreck strain coming out too. Another cross with the Vortex male. Should be interesting.

personally, I'm a 'support our State and our Country' kinda guy .... so it is nice to buy 'made in CO'.

besides, there is also the factor of breeding for our climate vs getting beans bred at low altitudes and atmospheric pressures (eg: Cali, Amsterdam, Vancouver, England, etc).

Hey Budpatch,
Just wanted to say thanks for being active on here and I enjoyed reading about the Aspen OG on the website. Your info and help are appreciated!
Excited to try out 303 genetics:)

Seeds must be produced by either a OPC or MIPs licensed facility in order for them to be completely legal for distribution. Patients and caregivers are not allowed to sell to dispensaries, and caregivers are not allowed to distribute to anyone other than their listed patients. Basically you need a dispensary or infused products manufacturer manifest in order to legally distribute your seeds.
Seed production plants at this time do not count against the 70/30 ratio if grown in an OPC, and there isn't any plant counts for MIPs.
A collective of patient and caregiver testers is possible and legal, but breeding and sales are going to be limited by the need for OPC/MIPs production and distribution.
303 Seeds has OPC production and distribution at this point, and I know Adam at TH Seeds is producing seeds here in a OPC as well.

Thats what I know...love this conversation and I am more than willing to be a part of the Mile High breeder team!

Great info here, thanks just what i was wondering about!

The climate and altitude factor plays a huge roll in plant development. Thats why our crosses with the mountain pakistani kush seem to do so well here!

It took the legal team weeks to get that small paragraph of info sorted from the DOR and MMED. No one has a clue what is going on with seeds!

No problem! Thank you for the props. Glad to be of service...feel free to shoot me a PM if you've got any questions about the gear.
When that Aspen hits the shop there is going to be some OG envy...it will never leave my garden if I can help it. Some truly unique cannabis indeed. We're working on a cross of that and OJD's SSSDH right now that we've dubbed "Aspen Snowmass". Testing is in progress!
:peace:

Congrats to Rare Dankness...wow, makes me think we can take over that competition easily with CO gear.

I saw the Reserva Privada Colorado thing too...not suprised really. Pretty soon it'll be DNA Genetics Colorado too, since they own RP. Once Adam and TH Seeds set up shop here it was only a matter of time... Hopefully the big guys do things the right way and don't reflect badly on the medical industry. But as they're supplying the entire world with beans I don't see how that can be good press for the MMJ industry here.

But Scott at Rare Dankness should get MAD PROPS! We'll have to step up our game!

funny u mention Centenial seed co.. i just was looking at 5000 joints grow journal over at gardenscure last week. his name there is alone.. and it looks like every strain he got from centenial seed co hermied on him.. and everyone else thats growing them out..

its a shame.. the entire grow seen is full of hermi shit genetics.. i am on my way to making my own seed stock.. and let me tell u .. ill be having mad people testing .. i made a cross of 2 amzing strains .. and already gave out 300 seeds to friends to try.. and only a couple people had hermi issues. and that was there fault.. 80-95 degrees all day and night long.. under watering.. and over nuting.. was only reason they herm.. i just dont get it . y the hell are people even dealing with feminized wen they know the risks.. its like ya u mite get a 10 pack of female.s. but 5 of those females will herm and if not the first run.. clone em a couple times.. and next thing u know.. there are nanners everywere.. .fuck fem seeds i hope people are smart.. buy landrace.. original strains.. something u can cross and make ur own version of wats out there.

nothing worse then wasting your hard earned $$ on beans from a shitty seller (I won't call Centennial breeders, because if they were real breeders they would have found and eliminated the hermie prone males/females and destroyed the bad beans before they hit the market. HOWEVER .... Centennial is run by a hedge fund manager, which means he only cares about the $$$$$$ and not the time and effort it takes to grow quality meds. he could care less if end users waste MONTHS of time and energy on CRAP HERMI genetics and certainly won't refund you. i cannot tell you how much this pisses me off. Hey Ben (owner of Centennial) - FUCK YOU DOUCHE BAG. you even admitted to me on the phone, LAST JANUARY (so not like you haven't had time to correct your quality control issues) that Roughneck hermies on YOU in flowering too. and you continue to sell bunk beans. F U and your company. I hope it all burns down around you bitch.

ok, i'm done with my rant ..... but seriously, fuck Centennial Seeds. only buy em if you like burning your money

I am loving the gooey EC Thank you very very much! And Ben @ Centennial seeds really does not care. Meet him in person during his minimal uprising in the CO MMJ industry and I must say, he is very un-educated in the biological/botany field. Someone making beans should have some serious experience and/or a good botany education IMO. Shit I am going back to school at CSU to finish up my bio chemistry degree and take it to the doctorate level my friends! Get a guy like EC in the team and a strain hunter like myself, it could be trouble!

maybe the Colorado people can help me out.

theres a strain called Rare Dankess #1 made by Rare Dankness. they have used this male in a few crosses including Scott's OG, Venom's OG, and Doc's OG.

was wondering if anyone of you knew the lineage / genetic make up of Rare Dankness #1

thanks a ton in advance,

<3

From what I was told (rumors) they work with sativas and indicas that are pure to create their strains. Nothing heard on genetics besides it could be pure sativa or indica supposedly. Like I said, it is all speculation and rumors so far.
