enough fresh air

I moved my grow tent into my man cave(12x12 insulated very well) tent is 4x4 i use a 600 watt lights i think a 240 cfm fan grow tank is pumped to plants until roots hit water then it becoms dwc with bubblephonic. my question is will i have enough fresh air , ill proubly open the door twice a day to check on everything,the tent exhausts in the same room its in

the 240cfm fan brings new air into the tent...so as long as you are replacing the air even a few times a day its fine...so calculate your total cubic footage and see how often it replaces the air
