Second Grow: Fruit auto and Critical + auto lots of pic updated weekly

so my nearly dry weight for the critical + is 23.7. im like shitting my pants with joy. i cant believe i almost got an ounce off of a two foot plant that was not only nute burned but also infested with spider mite. these plants truly are some resilient little fuckers
 
Hey man I might have missed it but I just wanted to know if you used a hps or just those flourc? I have my first autoflower up and as seedling they are on 3 20w cfls but then i put them on my 5 tek 4 foot flourcs but when i start to see pre flowers was thinking to throw them under my 400w hps is this good idea or stick with my 5 tek 4 foot flourc? let me know what you think by the way this is a very amazing grow very nice journal! congrats.

my whole grow was done under a two foot t5 fixture and i later added two 33w cfls. when the plants started flowering i gradually swapped out the blue spec lights for the red spec. so for you i would say if you have the ability to put them under an hps then do it, and i bet you'll get better results than i did. these plants are easy so if you decide to stick with the fluorescent lights you can still expect a good yield. thanks for checking out my grow and the kind words i hope this helps. btw what auto's are you growing?

im growing top 69 advance autoflower. I also have a tek 5 light but i have the 4 lamp one. but if you used your tek 5 through the whole grow i might too it will save a ton on electric. but i have mixed bulbs two blue and two red should i switch all four to blue then all four to red when flowering comes? link below shows what i bought a few months ago.

i started all four blue and finished with 3 red 1 blue but you could definitely go all red once you see pistils imho. now im not sure if the increase in yield with the hps would cancel out the cost of running it so you might be better off with the flouros. i can speak for those and the results are great as far as im concerned. i only grow for personal use so i don't need ounces upon ounces. from my two plants i got about an 1.25oz and thats enough to last me a long time

yeah me too. im doing photoperiod next. ive got 3 spicy white devils (jack herer x blueberry) and one kalashnikova (white widow x ak47) germinating right now. ill veg with the t5 for a few weeks then go to my 400w hps. im gonna have a tent next time too.
 
It'll b awhile......I work from February - July ...so during outdoor season ill start acquiring things I need, then start a run around September.


What size tent you gonna run the 400 in??? I wanna do 600 in a 2x4 :)
 
mine is a two tier tent. 3x3x5 on bottom and the top is 3x3x2. so i can do my veg with the t5 on top and flower with the hps on the bottom. im about to have a pot assembly line lol
 
lol thats crazy bro. i saw the floor model in the hydro store and they just happened to have a used one so i figured i would be dumb to pass it up. fuck the closet put it in the basement. it wont be too humid over the winter
 
so great news three of the four seed for the next grow popped after 48 hours. just waiting on one spicy white devil but that will probably pop by tomorrow morning. for those who want to follow my next grow i'll be posting a link here once they break the surface. thanks for all of the support on this last grow. its been an amazing experience getting my first REAL harvest. my first grow was a complete disaster. so this next one should be off the charts then!
