12 hours condensed into just over 1 minute

I did a quick time-lapse for 12 hours so I could learn how. Also, I really want to do a time-lapse of 1 photo every hour for the entire life of my next generation, so this gave me an idea of what would be involved.

Anyway, I just thought I would drop this off in case others wanted to see it.

Great video!! It caught me off guard at first but then I saw that it's a flood and drain setup. Great job! + rep.

i wana do a time lapse hella bad, does it require special software er something? i mean my cam is sik n all, but ther is no TL option....

That would really suck to have to wait 59 seconds between shots, LOL. I'd be slitting my fucking wrists by the third hour,

I used a couple of free programs, a webcam, and a long enough USB cable to not have to leave the tent open.

To schedule the automatic capture, I used YAWCAM, and to assemble the video I used MonkeyJam.

Both are free. YAWCAM also does assembly of the pics into video, but it was a pain in the ass to put them in order, and I didn't wanna fuck around with organizing 800+pics.
