I am pleased to see so many nice plants growing in MN :)

Im really surprised that their are so many MN growers, i never knew that we had so many!

Whatr you guys thinking for end of season time? How long untill itll be to cold in your area?
Id really like another 4 weeks cuz a few plants flowered ridiculously late!! but im fairly certain i wont get that lucky, im guessing second week of october will be the end for me. Im about straight west of the cities

have you found a very quick finisher that is not an auto? something that has a nice yield
Space Queen from TGA/Subcool is one of the fastest finishing plants there is. I have a Chernobyl going right now and I've become a big fan of Subcool.

Fuck guys, I found out that frost from 2 weeks ago really messed my plants up. I came out to harvest last friday only to discover every leaf dead and brown, and all bud looked premature, exactly like it did 2 weeks before... 6 plants... all hash. FUCK!!!

that sucks...going to have to get some auto's next year sickleg...i did not think it was safe to grow outdoor in minnesota in late september...i think your summer solstice is august 10th or something..so i assume plants will begin to flower and not finish until mid october outdoors

This is chernobyl

you got this outdoor? any pics?

I don't grow outdoors. I haven't grown it but I have talked to a lot of people who have. I am really pleased with "chernobyl" which is another strain by subcool. The genetics are very very solid.

very nice lookin plants smokebros, im more of an indoor guy mysef but i figured with all the forest around me it was worth a shot here, not as good an area as ive been in inthe past.

for whoever it was that was asking about fast flowering, ur gona wanna go with indica dominant strains, indicas typically have a shorter(like 8 -9 weeks) flowering time.

wee plants can survive just fine in minnesota thru the month ofseptember and depending where in the state you are u can go well into october as well. just depends onhow strong your girls are and if you have good environmental protection. glad to see im gonna have nice weather thru the next few days, hopefully harvest next week sometime.

ughhhhh! my plants are taking so long to flower, my big ak48 has been producing some decent buds but hasnt really filled out yet like id hope. Shes about 5 or 6 weeks in and has some serious growing to do.

my Northern Lights blue has had the same size buds for almost two weeks, even with the beautiful weather this week she hasnt been growing much at all.

i really hope they do some swelling in the next week or two because i feel that my season will be ending relatively soon due to frost. although id love to be wrong about the frost

Although they are getting nice and frosty

I'm in so mm and I've grown til nov. B4. I've got chernobl, dq, ace of spades, chemdawg, sour p, king kush, og 18, sour og, snowdawg, lemon haze, herijuana, starbud going. In and out. My ace is my hh 4 out next year. Oh yeah grapegod 2. We have too much cheap hq weed here to grow nirvana shit or lowryders. Would sit 4 ever. Any tga strain should work outside. Cheap stuff mandala seeds work well here. ESP hashberry. It's good but no chemdawg. Peace good luck Duluth guy ur stuck with early stuff outdoors try mandala 1, or mikado, or Canadian early stuff. Lowryders are mediocre and so much work so little payout. Hey dr greenthumbs Iranian auto i heard was fire and 100 gram yields very early like aug

Ps if a frost comes and it's not below 26 or it docent kill plant leaves like totally kill let em go just when ur plant is withered it's too far some frosting is good it amps thc production. Ps use guano and water in right now then flush in a week or 2

Well, went out (without my camera) after some rains and found that the Mau Fresas had the very beginnings of bud rot on a few buds. It was very deep into flower and ripe for the picking so I took them down.

Both filled a 55 gallon trash bag and spilled into a large army duffel bag (garage sale score!) Note the lovely purple nuggets. Very sticky !

This is the portable harvest station. The trimming machine on the left made short work of the buds. I simply trim all the buds off the stalk, take the fan leafs off since they are of no use, and the machine does all the manicuring. Does an unbelievable job too.

A little blurry I just noticed, sorry. The two Mau Fresas weighed out at 4 lbs 13 oz wet. Which by my calculations averages about 12 oz dry per plant. Which is pretty good considering it was pulled a week early, suffered from leaf spot disease which diminished harvest by 20% , and I put ALL of the popcorn buds into the bubblebags. They likely would have been 1 1/2 lb plants ideally.

Bubble Baggin' It

Everybody likes Bubble Hash (consisting of Mau Fresas, Cinderella 99, and Bubblelicious) Sure to rock your world !

Things are good with me in SoMN, the weather is still rocking into the 60's for the immediate future and it appears to be dry. Went out to the main growing areas and all is generally pretty well. High winds rocked them hard yesterday, but I propped them up good enough. Things are real well here !

Its rough up there but as long as not so wet it's better wet and frost are a bad combo. My parents own 150 acres lakeside property in Duluth. But I have no place to dry so until they get old I'm not in biz up there. Duluth hydro dude is a really cool guy though, he is very unknowledgable though but I help him with some biz and info. Us so mm guys are well my sour ogs are huge like forearm sized and popcan width from Cali connection my ace of spades is fucking awesome lookin too. Huge. I can't wait. I got plushberry, jilly bean and vortex today too. Next year sour og ace and plushberry jilly bean vortex, dairy queen chernobl tahoe og king kush and cheese. Maybe Jedi kush or bubba, grapegod, sweet skunk, jackpot royale, chem d? Roch area has a ton of flame, cities too. I can only have top shelf. I have med dispensary peeps wanting my stuff in Michigan colorado and Montana. I grow inside super soil, hydro advanced nutes, and out door fox farms in conjunction with supersoil and advanced additives. They only tried my indoor my outdoor is way nicer. I'm an awesome outdoor grower and ok indoor. But supersoil is so easy and foxfarms time release is awesome and minimum work. I smell buds more than work. And awesome results. Try it u will be hooked. My partners are rooks and they grow like pros now. In cities a guy we call 20 a gram dude has been growin fire since the 70s and he has my genetics from 5 years ago in manure compost and with 2 apps of earth juice lines in flower his shit is awesome. Mine is better now. And I got way better genetics now too. Can't wait til next year. If any of u try subs soil or the ace of spades you will not regret it trust me. Best outdoor plant I've ever seen huge and fast too will pick in 2 weeks maybe 3. Sour og too. But not as fast as ace. Have some 6 footers I planted in mid august. I had to start in mid June due to complications, and bad weather. Also a little rusty cloning, was doin time 4 pot. And was on parole so could keep indoor moms. Now I can again.
