WTF is this

The pic is very blurry

so im gonna try to describe it to you

it has long antennas ,

and it looks like it has like a bee stinger looking thing on the end

about a 1/2" to an 1" long

it was in my cup of soil

never seen it before

im pretty sure earwigs wont hurt ur plants, but not 100%positive...do some research...but i think they are actually beneficial

I believe its a silverfish ,

how similar are they to earwigs ?

i found this pic of a silverfish

and it looked almost identical to it

what would cause a silverfish to be in my soil ,

it wasn't deep in their , pretty much on the top
