Yeah I always end up growing a bush. As much as ppl talk shit about cfls it is the best way to grow a very small compact plant which is just yhe way I love it. I also will add 150 w HPS for flowering. But thanks for tuning in rep+

Hey guys whats goign on going up to my parents house today to finish up my outside garden.. I am planning on growing Tomatos, Green peppers, strawberries, cucumbers and some other shit. OHH yeah and of coarse the small black jack that i have in my pc growing in that solo cup is going out there too!! I did make a pretty much maintenance free irragation system which is pretty neat. I took a 55 gallon trash can with lid and put a hose spicket coming out of the bottom side then hooked up a 10 foot house to the spicket and then adapted to funny pipe and drip lines going to every plant out of that which they all have 1 gallon per hour drippers and so any ways there going to get 1 gallon a day every other day!!! Well any ways everything on my indoor is going great and figured i would shoot you guys a little update to see whats going on. The two black jacks that are in the dwc in the main cab are reallly starting to drink up some water this week i have had to top it off! And for the one in the pc i am finally starting to notice some more growth( Im not used to this soil bullshit lol) Well any ways here are the pictures from this morning let me know what you guys think of all the GIRLS!!!!

Well my friend it is funny you should ask that cause I really don't know. This will be my first time flowering a plant in this box. What do you guys think? My guess is another week and a half at the most.

Well since i got the thinking about flowering from one of the last posts I decided i should take a look at the babes.. And then i realized they are gettting big and fast so i think that i am going to switch them tomorrow or the next day.. the latest i will let this go is the end of the week cause i dont think the box will fit it if i wait any longer well you guys tell me whta you think and here is a lil update just to keep you busy!!!

They look ready to me. I've no idea how much they'll stretch after the flip, but with limited headroom, it's better to be safe than sorry, imo. I had to yank one of my ladies recently since she more than doubled in height the first three weeks of 12/12...just had no lateral space to lst her. It was a real surprise, since I'd grown the strain many years ago, but I was working in a seven foot high closet then and I suppose I just thought I had timed it right so I could keep her under control, but I was wrong. Three feet of headroom requires entirely different tactics if you want to avoid burning your buds, that's the lesson I learned.

Well you put it in a great way to under stand and clearly I am in a limited head room situation soo I decided to be safer than sorry! When i got home i immediatly went to my box took out my 6500k daylights and put in my 150w hps and also added some more soft white cfls actually 180w of cfls to be exact. Well any ways here are the pics to prove it and i will get back to you in a few days when i see some pistols!!

Cool. Is that one of the newer "mini" 150 hps lights? I saw one of those on htg supply website I think, the mini Florilux (http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-FLORALUX-150w-HPS-Mini-Grow-Light.asp), right? Looks like a great fixture for the price, and perfect for smaller-sized cabs. Heck, I bought my reg sized "Sun System" 150 hps about ten years ago, I think it was around 150 bucks. I'll be curious to hear how much heat it puts out...might have to get myself one if it works out well for you. Could be a very useful piece of equipment for $67 + s/h. Did you get the 4" cooling flange attachment along with it? I'll bet that would be a kick-ass little setup for a stealth micro grow.

The thing is i didnt buy this light brand new i bought it from a friend of mine that actually never got the chance to use it. I didnt get the flange with it tho. The last time i ran this light in here it actually dropped my temps a few degrees compared to all the cfls i had. But this time around you can see that i am going to be using some cfls along with the hps so we will see what happens. Also the last time i was running this light my intakes were mounted on the back wall along with the exhaust and i was noticing that alot of exhaust air was coming right back into the intakes so i moved those to the bottom of the cab. Although if i have any issues with temps i will deff go ahead and get that flange and run out another exhaust immediatly!!! Thanks for all your input. OH AND YEA IT IS THE NEW FLORILUX!!

That's cool, I wasn't suggesting that you buy the flange...just wondering if you did. Probly a good feature, to have the option of air cooling if you need it. Might turn out that you're OK without it, but...just in case...

Oh yea I ended up getting my garden all finished up and got 7 tomato plants 1 rasberry plant 1 strawberry plant 2 chives 2 green peppers and 1 sativa dom black jack lol. It has full irragation with a drip line system can feed them as much as i need when i need just like i love it.. Well any ways i guess i should share some pics with you so here you go!

Well i never really measured the height on it but i would say that it is right about 6 to 6.5 foot tall. And yea i put a nice chicken wire roof on it too.. Actually just got back from checking everything out cause we had a hell of a rain storm last night and it seems everything made it through with out a flaw. stay posted
