Show Me What You Got LST?

How is she looking? She has been under 12/12 for 5 days now, and the stretching has very clearly started..... does my canopy look like it will be decently even?

Looks good, and should be even but if not then adjust your tie downs. Just when she stops stretching leave her ties alone. Unless I am wrong, I am a nOOb at LST but learning well on here. I would recommend some air blowing across the canopy and the light with it being so close...

Peace

Here's a pic of my setup: I have a fan blowing in, and a fan exhausting the hot air out thru a dr pepper box on top of the reflector (ghetto, I know...... but my temps in my box are ~79 degrees, so I guess its working :))

I would start planning on moving that light up towards its max height. Gotta be careful she doesnt growinto the light when you arent paying attention.

If I move my lights up another 6+ inches, wont that kill my light penetration? (6x26 watt CFL)

Yes, I would only move the light as the plant demands it. Moving up to max height will only reduce your penetration and increase the stretch while spreading the nodes further apart.

I think billcollector just meant to keep a close eye on it and expect to be moving it almost daily. :bigjoint:

Gotta bend this two td2 tops over:wall: The plant next to td2 is Confidential Cheese.1 on day 1 of flower, going in at 12-13inches(no lst though)

Pure Power Plant 24 days into 12/12 under 600w HPS. Jack's bloom, calmag, silica, with a bump of grow big and beastie bloom to 850ppm. She's so pretty from the top, I just love to look at her.

Looks good, but you need to prune all that bottom stuff off. Pruning is one of the most important steps in getting good harvests and helping fight off disease and keep airflow going.

im not one for prunig much but that needs cleaned up that cant have good airflow like that. your buds will love you if you lean up the under carriage some.

if a plant does not want the bottom part of the plant it will die off by its self. every one know that great harvests can be achieved with out pruning a bunch of leaf that is always needed.
the more leaf the more bud.
what do you think makes the Buds?
pruning is really unnecessary if you have good air flow and healthy plants and environment

his response was targeted at some one else not you. yours looks like you already pruned. and it looks god to BTW
