Is scrogging basically lsting?

Afternoon, reading up on super cropping, and scrog. It seems that scrog is basically lsting. Like adjusting branches you have tied down while lsting. Just like to be corrected if I'm off on this. Seems the point of both methods is to keep the canopy even with each other.

I have just started using the lst method and have wondered the same thing. The scrog seems like it may require a little more work.

Lsting is cool. I did it me second grow. I'm starting to come to think that these are more growth control tactics rather then yield increasers.I got almost 2 ounces off one plant under 250 watts of cfl's. Same amount off two clones same set up. I did neglect the two clones a bit and had gnats something awful.

Yep, the basic principal is the same.
