This is what I'm having today, kitsune udon, thicker noodles than ramen but here there are a lot of choices in the instant noodle section. Some crazy amount of new flavors come out a year or are replaced, like a 1000 or so. This is a classic though. Two deep fried tufo skins in a simple broth with udon. Every convenience store here has a hot pot for customers to make their instant noodles. I want to try a new flavor coming out, beef stew ramen.

We have an asian supermarket in my home city, I was there every week, and they imported all this stuff over from Japan, so good. Miso soup, all the different types of Ramen, Udon, Soba, Shirataki I loved that place!
