85w CFL in Grow Box

Iv recently built a wooden grow room that is the same size as a pc grow box. I was wondering will an 85w 6400k bulb be enough light for 1 lowryder plant in a pc sized grow box? HELP! peace out

also would it be ok to have the light cycle at 12/12 for the entire grow? i am using auto flowering ak47/easyryder seeds.

If I was you I would get some more light but it's up to you. Also, don't put them on 12/12 if they're an AF strain - kinda defeats the purpose, right?

Yes.. when they show pistils then put them into 12/12. It's up to you really, you can be flexible with AF strains but I would put them on a 18/6 light cycle and 12/12 when they start to flower.

If you are growing an "Auto flower", just turn the light ON, and let her rip.; If you really feel a need to give her a rest, 22/2 would work.

ok so iv just recieved the 85w bulb in the post, it barely fits in the box so wont be able to use it. now im really stuck on lighting, can anyone help on what bulbs to use?

ok standard cfl bulbs will do the job, get as many small wattage bulbs as you can.

put them on 18/6 and swap out the 6400k for a 2700k during flower which for me with lowryder #1 started at day 19 using this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200496920180&refid=store#ht_2775wt_951 and some small 4.5w leds
