What does one have to do with the other? I grow and smoke weed, and I am certainly concerned with the site rules. In fact there are a great many rules/laws that I 100% agree with and uphold. Just because someone grows and smoked herb doesn't make them a criminal. Just because someone practices civil disobedience doesn't mean they are an anarchist. If you don't agree with the rules then go make your own site with your own rules. Assuming that none of us here care about the forum rules makes you look like an idiot.
