I've got a standard cloning tray with about 25 clones inside. I have a single 26w CFL laying on top of the clear plastic top, and a heating mat underneath. Temperature seems to be around 84, humidity 85. Will this be enough light?
More light less heat is allways good man ..... place a folded towle over the heatmat so they warmth is spread even and not to intence , A bigger CFL might serve you better ... If not just make sure its as close as you can get it

Towle on the heat mat .... tray ontop of the towle .... add more light ..... get it as NEAR to the top of your plants as you can ... 1-3 inches from the top of your plants ... a small fan blowing lightly between the top of your plants and the bulbs will allow you to get really close

Also, okay so i added another light and moved it a couple inches away from the top of the dome, and the temperature was just 98 DEGREES!! Ugh, so I just turned off the heat mat and removed one of the lights, I figure at that temperature nothing will grow, so get the temperature under control first, right? Any other ideas? I think the heat from my main grow closet is heating it up as well.
okay, with 2 lights and no mat it hits 80-82 degrees, with both it hits about 98 degrees, and with just the heating mat and one light it seems to be around 86-92 degrees. I'm guessing the consensus would be to get rid of the heating mat???
