Rzza,
The Pontiac MODERNAGEi CLUB, is a ....Members only CLUB....... and not a dispensary. It is a safe place where Patiants and caregivers meet. Please update your official list to reflect this information. You can contact MODERNAGE at [email protected]

Thank You,
Herb Greene
Modernage Private Club
Most of them are "private clubs"....
In reality...they're all the same thing. A collective/dispensary. I'm pretty sure the "Private club" term is used to keep leo off their ass.

im looking for the link. it was about the green leaf raid last week.

edit- http://www.michiganmedicalmarijuana.org/index.php?/topic/19391-breaking-news-from-msp

this is a email that was sent out.

check it out, i guess the guy at greenleaf has 5 past felonies and had 45 kilos at the time of the raid. check fox 17 or 47 news for the story. this kind of shit is whats going to miss everything up for the people playing by the rules.
thats some bullshit, fuck those state police officers. patients to patient transfers are NOT illegal, patients are allowed under michigan law to provide other patients with meds and get compensated for their trouble.

This is the way I understand it, but I'm not an officer and I'm not writing tickets, so I guess it really does not matter how I understand it does it........

you're right, its doesnt matter how we understand it, what matters is what the laws say and its very clear that patients can give their meds to other patients and be compensated for it. caregivers however, cannot just sell to any patient.

but still the point i was trying to get out is that the police dont care how you read the law. they will still arrest you and if your not a lawyer they wont care what we say the law says. dont count on the police being understanding. they can use a urine test to prove that your driving under the influence of pot and take your license for a year.

police can arrest you all they want but a judge still has the final say. a urine test doesnt prove you're under the influence, it proves that you've used marijuana in the last 30 days or so.

in the state of michigan they can use a urine to prove DUI of a controlled substains. trust me it cost me 12 grand in lawyer fees and still got found guilty.

any opinions on which club in ann arbor to go to?
liberty clinic was just ok. Very nice people thou. I liked the bubble hash. The 4 or 5 types of medication they offered was a bit pricey imo. Try the other and let me know!
