is says for personal needs, so if you need more than one oz you need a doc note. how is that dif than the doc note i have now?

and i really don't care what you think you don't get a vote on this so say yes all you want your vote wont count
How is it any different? Let's see....

Millions of Californians will be able to grow their own weed or buy it from a dispensary, legally, without a doctor's note....

Any more silly questions?

I wish I could get a card. But I'd rather it just be ok to grow. I have enough trouble trying to remember to renew my car tags, motor cycle tags pay land taxes bla bla bla the list goes on, I'd rather be able to do what I wanna do on my land I pay for. Period.

and i fully agree. this initiative is NOT the way to do it though. this is NOT our only chance. to think that is just silly. there are several other initiatives being worked on. i am voting to legalize, but i am not doing it this time around.

just because i grow and sell doesn't automatically mean anything. pretty shallow to think it does.

i would not be allowed to grow 2 big plants over the summer, outside, to supply me for the year. for a lot of people this would be the cheapest and most practical method. yet if this initiative passes this would not be allowed. you couldn't harvest and store a years supply at one time. this is just one more reason i'm voting NO. i want to do one personal grow for just myself, to supply me for the year. not allowed. i'd be over my one ounce limit.

this initiative is written by the clubs, for the clubs. why is this so hard to understand?
Really, Just because you grow and sell this initiave doesn't mean anything to you? I'm flabbergasted. Talk about the height of hypocrasy. Of course it means you would lose money, right? Money 1-A, don't touch my money. I get it, but don't try and hype it to some high minded cause, it's all about the Benjamins. If money was not the object, why not sell it at cost? What's that, a couple a hundred a Kilo? Think about all the people you could make happy, cheap weed, hallelujah!!

i'm not a money grubbing drug dealer. you have me mistaken for someone else. you are stereotyping again.

please tell me, how much does it cost me to grow what i grow and how much do i sell it for? you know exactly and are judging me on it, so lets see my #'s.

and not your "back in '72 ..." bullshit. you check out your electric bill lately?

i'd vote yes if it were written properly. i've said it numerous times now. you all just refuse to listen.

if this initiative passes more people will want pot, which means the demand will be higher, which means prices will stay the same.

i honestly feel this.

now how can you say i base anything on money?

i don't think any part of the money side will change. therefore it does NOT influence my decision.

do you get it? or should i explain it again?

as i've said numerous times already.

you all aren't even getting it. you hear what you want to hear. :(

Since I've thoroughy dismantled your previous reasons, what revisions need to be made? Try to be specific and cite the initiative itself if you can

no, thank you. i have no desire to please you. you'd simply pick it all apart and try to insult me. it's pathetic dude. get over me. i've made my decision and it's over. move on.

i surely hope you get something out of all of this. which is sad in itself. :(

Show me the insults. I've restrained myself lately, something my opponents have failed to do, calling my family 'inbreeds'.

You think this is all about you?

Wrong. This is about anyone but. This is about the millions of Californians who want to legally grow, purchase, and enjoy cannabis. This is about the message we are sending to the rest of the nation. You keep saying you have others in mind with your NO vote....who?

Your obstinacy speaks volumes.

is this meant as a compliment, or can you man up to taking a jab?

you took and hour and a half to go thru MY posts. you made it about me when you did that. you are on my nuts and can't just stop.

Still harping on that IMAGINARY one ounce limit are you?

I suggest you re-read Section 11301, article (l).

And quit speading FALSE INFORMATION
this is meant as an insult. don't try to tell me otherwise. if you FORCE me to go any further it's will only result in infractions for every other one i find.

your move ...............

Let's see, I grew 18 OZs in my closet, total cost, around 550.00. That was the first grow and included the grow light, 125.00 the seeds, 40.00, the exhust fan, 80.00, the water growing (Bubbler) system, Built my own with a container from wally world- 7.50, the baskets, 8.00, the water pump, 39.00 the medium, 15.00, the cooling fan, 22.00, bubble fittings and all that entails, 30.00 from a fish equipment store, chemicals 60.00, and about 100.00 worth of pure water. The second grow, 22 OZs plus, cost me the water and electricity, lets call it 200.00. Now once the equipment has been paid for, the cost per pound settles in to around 160.00-200.00, Bigger grows cost more on initial set up, but the electricity to LB ratio cannot pass the 100.00-200.00 mark, even in CA I actually barely noticed the difference in the electric bill as I have to run full on AC and the pool pump in the summer, about 250.00-300.00 a month. Had I sold the pot at the exhorbitant prices that you dudes do, I could have paid all the electric bills for the entire year and had money to play with. I gave most of it away to my appreciative friends and sold enough to recoup my expenditures, I did not rely on the sacred herb to pay my mortguage.

Harping & obstinacy as insults?

I see your pattern.

Once you are unable to defend your position, you simply look for a reason to stop debate altogether.

I am not alone in believing this either.

Harping: 2 : to dwell on or recur to a subject tiresomely or monotonously

Obstinacy: b : the quality or state of being difficult to remedy, relieve, or subdue

Insults? Or descriptive adjectives?
