yeah i mist em occasionally usually before lights out but i wanted to see how this would work i mean i figure the leaves get rainwater everytime they get regular water in nature and its supposed to have some trace elements that are good for the plant

cool, might have to try that, i use rain water also to mix my nutes in, ph is 6.7 into the ground with nutes.

I wouldn't mist her at all... not while you're flowering at least. I think its ok when vegging, but you don't want her buds to get moldy! I would recommend against it from what I've read at least.

12/12 from seed IMO takes about 2 weeks longer than 18/6. can't say, though...no clue what kind it was you planted
