post some more recent pics.. your supposed to look at the crystals to see how ripe they are if you have more orange hairs then white on the buds that a pretty good indication too

the last pics I saw, I'd say a week to 2 weeks TOPS.
Look for swollen calyxes and pistils receding primarily.

looks very purplely, real purlple strains turn purple on thier own and if i rember correctly gdp is a kush n purp cross, and grape ape is its own kind of plant, the plants will also turn more purple depending on what u feed it,, other strains can turn purple in cold climates i bet that plant could have gone like a month longer good grow though, hows she smoke?

the hairs may be a good indication that your plant is maturing but it definalltly has nothing 2 do with when it s done or notthey all mite turn brown and then bam b4 u know it even more new hairs will pop out, those are nice nugs but i belive this strain produces larger coalas good grow, how much did a plant of that stature yeild? and was it in door or out door?

they are right hairs are a good way of doing it. i find looking at the tri's doesn't do the job your buds are where its at you waited till they all swelled and hairs died back that bitch is ready congrats man!!!!!

what? ur trichs are what get u high if thier not mature u wont get high, brown hairs can be from over feeding and over watering, ur trichs are the only way 2 tell it is mature becuase different strains mature quicker then others, so inbetween that time ur trichs are maturing ur trying 2 grow ur bud is big as possible, thats why most plants from seed companys have a set harvest time, they know how long it takes for the trichs 2 mature, good luck man
