Getting a vial..what kind of paper to drop it on?

sweettarts work great. You can re-wrap each one in foil and put them back in the roll. They also have a nice demple that it can sit in until it soaks in

Put 2 drops on a certain colors and make sure you and your tightest homies get all of your favorite flavors.

That's what I use to do anyways. Always worked fine. I use to put them on animal crackers also.

A while back I had bought a vial for 350, I used a syringe and put a small amount in cooled-down tater tots.
Delicious.
Sweet tarts are a really good idea, I've seen gummi bears before... anything would work really.
