cloning---- soaked cubes for like 30min in a real light solution of water and SPT. Took cuttings from bottom of plants the cut was at a 45 degree angle. Added a rooting gel (not sure of the brand) to the hole and the stems of the cuttings. Lets see scraped the outter layer of the stem off to promote root growth. Made sure this time not to over water the cubes. They look a lot better compared to the last time we cloned.
Any detail that I left out ask away...

What are your thoughts maybe pH is off?
Sensi Star ladies is still very yellow. I am shooting for a pH of 6 is that cool? Spider mites are few and far from eachother. Umm plants got neem oil maybe on the 22nd. Hmmm its not happening anymore but plants started to get brown spots through out the older fan leaves my guess is that it was a deficiency......

One usually cannot be 100 percent correct even if looking right at them much less pics online. My guess for the yellowing with brown spots is a cal mag defeciency. I use General Hydroponics Flora nutes and when the ladies started flowering the same thing happened to me, a little cal mag added to the solution cleared it up. I mean it cannot fix already damaged leaves but it stopped the issue in it's tracks. The cal mag problem happened before I started using R O water and was even more of an issue afterwards.

Saw the ladies today after bag seed and the mendo purp were lst... they looked good. I got some advice that I should lst the Sensi Stars, that will be happening in the next coupld of days. :-P:-P Light was also moved down to about 9 inch from the canopy and will get closer after the LST, maybe 7-8. Really happy about the advice and that things could/should be coming along, somewhat. haha
Plants were feed with a feeding of 2tsp GIG, 1tsp of SPT. Hope this just keeps the plants growing and improve the health of the plants. they will be watered when needed after that and then back to feeding.....:-P:-P

Thanks again for all the help. ;-)

Those pics look great. Looking forward to seeing them tied out. How were you applying the neem when it was hurting the plants? Looks awesome.
Anybody have any input in what is the best cloning gel etc? I have Olivias, Vita Grow(some sort of acid), and Rootech.

Neem was being applied about the last 30 min of light, and it was not ever hurting them.........That lst should help out tons from what I understood. We were told to do some training so the plants get a lot more light to the middle of the plant. You will see once I get some pics up of it....

I read through some threads talking about the BMO and how it can be short in the cal/mag side of things. Looking into some dolomite lime or maybe just some cal/mag plus.
thanks for the advice

clonex is the best although right now i am using bcuzz rooting gel cause my shop was out of clonex... i have only ever applied the neem oil during veg .. one time lost a entire batch of clones.. this last time it killed off the entire lower half of my ice mother.. idk what to use

tying down the plants to the sides farthest away from the bulb will expose the lower portions of the plant to greater light penetration, and stimulate the lower growth to grow in more lush and be more productive..... those plants aren't taking up enough horizontal space to suck up all the light being put out..... they could be vegged for two more weeks and lollipopped, but that would not provide the same yield as an LST tie down to the farthest from light side, and lst tie down on the inside of the lower growth to the side of the pot closest to the light...... basically doing the LST and increasing veg time will turn the area into a SOG with a full canopy, allowing for trimming of the lower outside growth to promote the increase in production and focus of energy on budsites that have their leaves completely exposed to the light. 2 weeks extra veg time minimum, 2 1/2 weeks would be optimum with the LST...... Once the plants have filled out to form a full canopy, or just before, go ahead and flip to 12/12....... those larger ones on the side should be lollipopped (cloned ;) ) to keep them at bay before the switch..... or to create a staggered harvest, go ahead and remove the other larger plants (mendo purps, and seedling) for 12 hours of the light cycle consistant to what the 12 hours off will be when you flip to 12/12 on the Sensi Star..... hope that makes sense, let me know if you want me to clarify anything.... :D

order from here.... expensive, but worth it for the selection they have...... get two varieties (I recommend the Amblyseius Cucumeris, and the minute pirate bugs (Orius) ) + praying mantises to control predatory populations ;).......
