"Russian Air Force to spray a fine chemical mist over the clouds before they reach the capital"

You wouldn't consider that a "Chemtrail"? Would you call it " A Fine Chemical Mist" instead? Is there a difference?

last time i checked silver iodide and cement contained "chemicals".

pretty funny how it's a big deal when it's a conspiracy. make it true and no one gives a damn.

But you have to wonder, How much fucking weather controlling are we doing? Are we controlling the whole earth? Cuz I see chemtrails on occasion too, and where I live is sparsely populated, in larger metropolitan areas I see them every week. Is the normal weather really that severe that we need to put chemicals in the air all the time? Perhaps this whole climate change thing is really just the effects of years of weather control brought on by chemtrails.

If they can make it rain whenever, wherever then why do we even have deserts? You would think with all the starving 3rd world nations out there that we could make anyplace a lush green growing landscape.

you know what, i never even put the two together. i think you are on to something. they said that was simply the way the sun was hitting the clouds.

why don't we see this more often then? :-? http://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/2009/10/14/2009-10-14_halo_cloud_over_moscow_ufo_or_natural_beauty_.html

“It’s a purely optical effect, even if a spectacular one. You can see really strange things if you watch the clouds regularly,” weather officials told Russia’s Vesti 24. “Several air fronts have passed Moscow recently, including an inflow of cold air from the Arctic, and they combined to produce such a phenomenon.”

I watched a cloud formation type vid on youtube yesterday unrelated to this moscow one that just went from photo to photo of clouds. There was one that looked a little like the halo cloud but not nearly as well defined and could have been taken from a plane overhead. Now I want to see more.bongsmilie

define common I guess? Of all these different sites talking about this halo I haven't seen pics of any others. I would expect a story to go a little more like.
This halo cloud over moscow is a common occurrence much like the one pictured here... taken 2006? over yada yada. Or this taken 2003? over the skies of yada yada.

"You know how every year on City Day and Victory Day we create the weather?" Luzhkov asked a group of farmers outside Moscow in September, according to Russian media reports. "Well, we should do the same with the snow! Then outside Moscow there will be more moisture, a bigger harvest, while for us it won't snow as much. It will make financial sense." (See pictures of Russia celebrating Victory Day.)

I have seen it all over California. For some reason I do NOT see it in San Diego County...The only thing I can think of, is the Marine Corps is not playing along with he Air Force. I saw a few CON-trails today, but they were segmented and fade away.

Interesting about no other incidents of similar cloud formations like the one over Moscow.

^^^^ I was responding to this post, I guess I should have quoted it initially, but I figured it would be OBVIOUS which post I was responding to.

So, in response to mexiblunt:

It's not common, and look above for pictures of other halo clouds.
