that sucks bad! i think i probably would kill someone if i caught them red handed. set up some video they got mini cams at fry's. you got caught short, if yer legal and you own yer home check with yer homeowners insurance you may be covered. i was told this by an insurance inspector as my home was being refinanced. i tryed to blend in the plants with mt landscape but i wasnt foolin him. and he said my garden was covered against fire and theft. then i smoked him out! i love CALI!

i know people with felony's that haven't seen a day in prison, a few months in jail maybe for slashing someones tires. funny thing is my old friend who stole just one plant after i slashed his tires he came over a few days later wondering who did it. you dont tell them you know they did itp.s. you cant let people walk over you and if you do, your a bitch. you cant live the rest of your life letting people steal shit from you and get away with it.

also, if YOU come out fighting someone YOU are the one that is putting THEM in a "life threatening" situation by going to fight them. YOU would be the one that gets hit harder with the jail stick.
Not sure about in the states, but in Australia there are many laws regarding home invasions/trespassing that basically state if somebody is unlawfully on your property (anywhere past your mailbox) and asked to leave, if they do not leave you can defend yourself and your property with any means neccesary so long as it is not intended to be fatal. So for example, if you tell somebody "leave now or I will shoot you" and they do not leave, you shoot them, so long as it is not intended to be fatal (a headshot isn't going to help you) you have done nothing illegal.

Thats why you dont fuck with some peoples shit. And just so anyone knows you do go to prison for fucking up someones car you dont just get charged for fucking up the car. They will charge you with several charges and a few felonys its the person charging you not the police. If they got a decent lawyer you will see prison time just like if you where to break into someones home and fuck shit up for no reason you can explain to the court.
You will look like a nut that needs to be locked up and trust me they will lock you up.
