Hello everybody, I'm growing 5 plants indoors under 600W lamp (I believe it's a HPS lamp, but I'm not sure since I don't know the english translation).
Some of the leaves have been curling up at the edges, and one of the plants has some yellow discoloration on one of the lowest level leaves (those two that the plant first has and are different from the others), which you can see in one of the pictures, though the yellow from the lamp drowns it out a little.
Google searches suggest this is either heat exhaustion, nutrient OD or water OD. We water the plants every 4 days with treated water, and have temporarily stopped adding nutrients to it. Since we've had a very warm summer and the lamp itself is also very hot, I suspect heat exhaustion to be the cause.
This is my first time growing pot, so I figured the best thing to do was to get advice from experienced people like yourselves. Any advice/insights would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: I should probably also mention that the room is not strongly ventilated.
