A razor blade would take it off, but you'd probably scratch the glass
A new, clean razor blade will NOT scratch the glass if you use the middle of the blade. Just don't use the corners. Hold the blade at about a 20 degree angle from the surface of the glass and it'll take the sticker off in no time.
If you're not going to use solvents a razor blade is your best option.
I've done a lot of painting on glass, promotional shit on the windows of businesses, and I always used razor blades to clean off old paint on glass. It works faster then solvents when the paint is layered on thick, and leaves a perfectly clean surface.
