It still can get pretty hot I have a 100w mh &| da ballast is seperate outside the cab &| it still gets mad hot in there dunno if da amount of heat given off is even close 2 da 150 watt hps but jus thought it wub be some helpful advice

my 400hps ballast doesnt get that hot, just the light

Unfortunantly I cannot cool that. This MUST be a stealth operation, and I'm sorry but HID is just impractical for a stealth box.

More research shows I can get the mogul base CFL fixture with the wing reflector on top and throw a 200W CFL in it. They also sell a 125W 2700k bulb. This would produce twice as much watts and best of all it would fit!

Lol yes it is. And very well executed too, good job. But I unfortunately only have a small closet to do my project in. And I also do not have the funds for that kind of operation.

2 150w hps...it wasnt cheap to build, but to do it again i could cut a bunch of costs...
