Am I on the right track? Seedlings stage

Two days ago I placed two seedlings in rockwool within the grow chamber. I have the water up half way to the cup and have my airpumps on 24/7.

I've read quite a bit that while it's still a seedling to have the water level high, but recently I'm seeing that too much water can create root rot?

Should I lower the water or should I put the pumps on shorter cycles? Right now it's about 72 degrees in the box, should I turn on some lights to encourage growth?

Thanks for the reply. I might add that these are still seedlings with nothing sprouting out of the rockwool yet.

Hopefully the lights will help them a long a little. Thanks much!

One last question. If I turn the lights on, should I move them close to the pot or just leave them on to bring up the heat and give a little light.

I started my plants on 24/7 as soon as they broke the seed and got above the rockwool. Plants like light.
