WOW!! It seems like forever since I have seen everyone on here...The last grow has had me locked to the couch...

Starting a new grow now..Have 5 Alaskan Ice, a couple of Power Skunk, and a few seeds from my feminized Orange Bud that I have almost smoked all of....woohoo!!!

Won't you follow along as I utilize my expertise from my previous grow and utilize everyone of you like I did last time including Rose, Bluey, Gr33n, Jizz, and my other friends...Glad to be back amongst the living.

Where am I? Seedlings popped out of the rockwool last night, light on today, running my 600w, air conditioned cooling running through it, a new grow tent and of course my Bubbleponics tubs to start the grow. I will post pictures tomorrow after I replace the batteries...

Glad to be home!!!!bongsmilie

I am not real sure where you are seeing the algae, they are covered, just took the plates off cause the light was not right for the picture. But I appreciate you checking them out!!

Nice set up!forgive a dumb ?..is there a glass cover over your lite? And what size tent is that? Thanks Longhorn.
NO question is ever dumb as far as I am concerned. In this hobby, it's only dumb if you don't ask...Yes there is a glas cover over my light with 6" inlets on both sides. My tent is 39x39x76. I got it from HTG. The guys there are awesome to work with. I had a cabinet that I had built that was 4x4x6 out of wood.I used it last grow, but it was so heavy and took up way too much room. I am very glad I got my tent. Clean looking on the outside and I run my lights from 5pm until 11am the next morning and I am going to see how much I save on electricity. Of course a 600w light with a 12,000 btu air conditioner is not exactly the cheapest way, but I don't want to sacrifice anything when it comes to growing. Not this time...

It's Grodan, but it does look darker, I have some in the other tub that looks lighter and it came from a different package. Who knows, but I do not want any algae that is for sure. Last grow, I flushed and cleaned tubs more than necessary and probably wasted some money on perfectly good nutrient solutions that didn't need to be dumped and flushed, but I don't want to take a chance of mold or dirty water. If I can't see to the bottom, it is too dirty for my tastes.

orange bud is so tasty. subscribed!
Thanks Smokin, glad you are subscribed. I liked the Orange, but I am very excited about this Alaskan Feminized I got. Supposed to be real hardy as far as chemicals go. The ability to handle nutrient overload is supposed to be better and the THC content is stated as one of the highest. We shall see!!!

Thanks again for subscribing!!

What a difference 3 days make. These were taken an hour ago. Just did a res change for the first time. Water was still crystal clear. Had a little bit of Hydroton in the filter, other than that no big deal.

Tonight I went 1/3 strength with the nutes. We shall see how that goes. In one tub, I have a power skunk with all other Alaskans. One of the claims regarding the Alaskan is the ability to sock it to them with nutes and not burn the plant. I tried that and they took it like a champ, the one power skunk had a little leaf burn, no biggie. But when I socked it to them, that was on the 12th and that was a nute strength ratio of 1 part nutes to 6 parts water. So alot of nutes for such young age. Now I know, so I can work within a given parameter.

Anyhow, enjoy the pics. Will post some on Friday when I get out of the hospital!! Smoke up for me, I can't until I get home....SUCKS!!!
