Sooooooo. I ordered from the attitude. Dutch Passion Flo and Kali Mist (about 85 bucks for the flo and 110 for the Kali Mist.. 195 total-depends on exchange rate). After about 7 days.... the package arrived!!!

Now I am really bummed because I didn't get my kali mist, but I did get refunded for them so I am very pleased with the service.

Pre-paid Visa and no you don't have to put any info in to use them, they are activated as soon as you buy it.
